"My wife, my mom (whose account I am reviewing from), and a friend stayed at Debbie’s property for a week in late October. I am always a bit leery of beautiful photos in listings because they can be taken from good angles that mislead you a bit. That couldn’t be further from the truth here. Everything about this property is as perfect as you see in the photos. We hiked local trails, we visited the lovely Kylemore Abbey (and don’t miss the gardens!), we ate at the Renvyle hotel, Veldon’s Seafarer...

"Enjoyed our time at the Tievemore house. Great view. Comfortable accommodations. Would recommend this highly. Ross beach was terrific bonus. There is BBQ grill left charcoal and lighter fo the next visitors. Confused about the recycling..Is glass handled separately? Think the Wi-Fi router needs replacing. Worked fine and then nothing. All best to you. The Larkins"

"We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every day of our visit. The house is comfortable and has everything anyone could need. The manager hosts are thoughtful and helpful. The view is of the magnificent Twelve Bens Mountains and wonderful baby lambs, and occasional Irish hares hopping around the stones. You will love it."

"Everything was perfect for us to enjoy the area and drive into clifden for restaurants and pubs for traditional Irish music. The road is a bit narrow towards the house the last bit but we did it slowly. We also enjoyed great meals at the nearby Connemara sands hotel just near the house."

"We spent a super week in this very nice and comfortable cottage with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Large and fully equipped kitchen, large and warm living room - nothing we had to miss. Very friendly communication in writing and by phone, comprehensive information prior to our arrivel, quick response almost immediate. Further information re. what to do, restaurants, walks, ciritical phone numbers etc. etc. was provided in the cottage by the owners together with flyers, brochures about regional...

"Even in the dead of winter, this location provided an authentic Connemara experience. The views of the lake and the bay against the rugged windswept surroundings provide the background for unique adventures that are rare in today's world."

"A really lovely, comfortable cottage. Spotlessly clean on arrival, great communication with a very helpful host, very well equipped kitchen and good WiFi. Great views across the bay from the deck, only 5 mins walk to an amazing beach that only ever had a few people on it. Lots to see and do nearby. Local shop has everything you need. The highlight was sitting on the deck watching a pod of dolphins feeding in the bay! Highly recommended."

"We’re “day trippers” and value returning after a day’s foray to a welcoming home. Heaven, Too was just that and more: spacious to the point of luxury, with views that constantly drew the eye. I was often re-reading the same page two or three times because I was either distracted by the scene outside or drifting off in the comfort of the lovely sunroom. Highly recommended."

"Sunnybank House is exactly as described. Highlights for our group of 18 family and relatives include: evening gatherings around the two peat-burining fireplaces with a variety of Irish Whiskeys; a very short walk to the pubs and restaraunts in Clifden, having a chef cook a delicious dinner in our own kitchen for all of us to enjoy, sightseeing all around Connemara; golf at the Connemara Links course just 15 minutes away; and wonderful pub visits out in the country...especially Paddy Coynes pub...
