Staff was accommodating upon a late night check in. The floors were not cleaned, the hand two small roaches cross the floor in front of me while getting in the shower. The bed was not comfortable and the room just felt dirty.

I felt safe, secure it was easy for me to get to work, front desk clerk and Ms Jess were really friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and my stay was very nice. I’ll be sure to use it again. Thank you.

Staff very efficient, the manager Elise made my every need her mission. The housekeeping staff always ready to work. Overall, it is a great experience. Nice place to live for an extended period of time. Night staff is also helpful.

The accommodations were spartan like and the bed looked like something. Got up a dorm room, but the bed was very comfortable! The wood like floors were especially clean and so was rest of the room. I checked in after midnight, and the woman who waited on me was extremely friendly and very personable. She really made my day.

Having stayed at Extended Stay Hotels from other brands, maybe my expectations were a little lofty. I didn’t expect to see people outside with chairs smoking and playing music like a makeshift shanty town. The Front Desk staff was very nice and explained all the rules and refs in detail. The room was the low point of the experience. The floor in my room was uneven and had profound dips in it making walking around feel risky. Then there was the bed. A full size with no box spring and a frame that looked purchased off Amazon, burnholes in the blanket from previous smokers. The towels had someone’s hair on them despite being clean. And the chairs supplies in the room had to be donated by a school cafeteria. They did have a nice Smart TV so I could watch Toutube as I contemplated my questionable life choices staying at this establishment for a work week.

I'd go somewhere else.

Cola heads sitting outside when you arrive. Looks like the projects. Rooms were surprisingly not as bad as the rest of the property. The rooms looked like a college dorm. The bathroom was clean. Staff was rude and tries to scam people using services like hotels . com. They say they are overbooked and it's first come but the room was already paid for. After showing proof, suddenly they had a room.

I booked a Friday-Sunday stay. I got in around 7pm Friday and there was no one at the desk. I waited about 10 minutes before someone came for check in. The hallways are loud. You can hear people’s TVs and conversations. The AC/heat in my room wasn’t consistent, it didn’t have a “constant fan” option. THE LIGHTS ARE ON A 15 MINUTE TIMER. They turn off after 15 minutes and there aren’t any lamps!! I was gone 3am Saturday morning to 1am Sunday morning. It is a convenient location to the airport which is why I booked. I got back and my key card didn’t work. I had to call the number because the front desk closes at 10pm. Someone came and made me key cards, the guy on the phone told him the wrong room. He made me the correct keys, but never asked for identification. Anyone could have asked for the keys to my room and they would have been made. Oh and the elevator wasn’t working from the time I got back to when I checked out at 10am. I was on the fourth floor. (:

The hallways and room smelled awful, but the worst part were the roaches crawling all over the counter, floors, walls, and bedding. The staff were very kind and apologetic, but well aware of the infestation.

I have stayed at an extended stay before and they supplied kitchenware....what's the point of renting a room with a kitchenette if u have nothing to cook with smh. I didn't even stay I left about an hr after I got there. Worst experience I've ever had. They didn't even have toiletries. No soap no shampoo NOTHING!!!!

Found cockroach in the shower in the bed there was cockroach shell in the bed the bed cover looks like was never change the mattress covers have spots of mildew the room smells just like urine the money was not worth paying I will never go back…and by the way the floor was super dusty
