About this property
The Firepit Townhouse in Lakewood
The Firepit townhouse is located in East Lakewood, near the edge of western Cleveland. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, we have a handful of award winning restaurants within walking distance. Barocco, Hola Tacos, LBM, The Cider House, Thai House, Peppers Italian and the Winchester pub to name a few.
Safe and quiet street in a walkable neighborhood.
This unit includes garage and driveway parking.
The unit has two entrances, one from the backyard that enters the kitchen, and the other from the front door that enters into the living room. The 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room are on the 2nd floor. This is a side by side double with all private entrances and the connecting wall is made of concrete which blocks all the sound. The unit includes private washer and dryer access. All of the kitchen appliances are new stainless steel.
Guests will need to be able to climb stairs to stay here as the bathroom and bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor.
