The bed was uncomfortable. We felt every spring in it. The heater cycled through multiple times throughout the night waking us. We got a treat from their market only to find the ice cream cone had melted previously and been refroze. The breakfast was good however the yogurt was all outdated. We found a receipt on a shelf in the room dated October so makes us wonder how throughly the rooms are cleaned. We picked this hotel based on its 9+ rating on Expedia and were extremely disappointed.

This hotel was fine in every respect. The parking was fine, the room was fine, comfy and clean. Breakfast was fine. The staff were very nice. Parking was easy. It was about 20 minutes into town, less to the R&R Hall of Fame.

Staff was very nice. The room had a weird odor, not sure if it was because it was “the room”where pets stay with their owners. The breakfast was a little fresher than we’ve experienced at other Marriott properties.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Pool was good, hot tub jets quit working on our last day there, but they still left it open. Breakfast was yummy!

Room was clean, did not care for the "couch" design was uncomfortable. Front desk service was very good, pool and hot tub great. Breakfast was disgusting. Eggs were cold, french toast sticks were tough. Ended up going to a restaurant nearby and paying for breakfast.

Lovely staff

They were very accommodating to give us a 1st floor room since I said I had a young puppy. Very friendly staff welcomed us and our dogs. Another person there offered to help me carry a heavy dog crate in. They also helped get us a fresh box of cereal for my daughter who has food allergies. Kids loved the pool and hot tub area.

We’d stay there again

Room was in good shape but there was a little bit of mold in bathroom. Nothing an attentive scrubbing wouldn’t fix. Be advised at check-in they wouldn’t take the card I intended to use because it had my husband’s name on it rather than mine. They still want a card for “incidentals” even though there’s nothing you can charge to the room so that’s a bit silly. Overall we’d stay again. Pretty good breakfast provided, beds comfy.
