No bedroom lights + Dirty pillows

Host advised us there were no bedroom lights AFTER we called to ask. In addition, I checked the pillows after waking up in the morning (when there was light) and noticed gum or a sticky substance had been smeared all over the other side of the pillow. It was truly disturbing to know that I had been sleeping on a dirty pillowcase. *I do have pictures for reference*
