Not for families

The staff was rude. They allowed us 2 towels and a wash cloth for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was hot because of a gap in the door.

Staff was rude up on checking into the property. The rooms are disgusting, not as well kept as shown in the pictures. The lady next door had her bedding off and in the hallway due to bed bugs. Just overall shouldn't be in business.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This property is NOT the OYO anymore. They call it "Lincoln Inn". It is run by rude, strange, and unprofessional staff. Our door had no key and barely locked. The sheets had stains. Roaches all over. Had to see the owner shirtless when trying to check out.

Would never book here again. No towels. Room had things broken. No mention of 50$ deposit till I got there. Room wasn’t ready when I arrived after 6pm!!! Total trash hole. And ppl sit outside your room all hours of night and talk loud. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER

NASTY HOTEL

AWFUL!! Rang doorbell and a lady with a tank top greets me, not very presentable to be nice about it. Room had a taco bell trash bag on the dresser and the bed was ruffled as if someone had been sleeping on it and the pillows were just as bad. Drug infested hotel. I SURE AS HELL WASNT GOING TO STAY IN IT AND I DIDNT!!

The hotel was AWFUL! From roaches to blood stains on the sheets to holes in the walls. We didn’t feel safe at this hotel AT ALL. There were random people hanging around the parking lot and swinging a large stick around RIGHT BESIDE MY CAR. The cops were in and out of the parking lot. When trying to turn the key in and leave, we couldn’t even get anyone to come to the counter.

The condition of the hotel did not match the photos on line. It was not as well kept as indicated. I stayed in the top corner room shown in the hotel photo. Although the rooms are non-smoking, guests and the managers smoked everywhere else. The smell of cigarette smoke was very powerful. Guests appeared to be day laborers and the type. Lots of pets on property. I was a single mature man traveling alone, so I did not feel un-safe. On a positive note, there were no bugs, the room was clean-no hairs, trash, etc., plumbing and AC worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and it is a convenient location. I would not recommend it for a family, but for me, it was cheap and worked.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 6:00 p.m. King bed reserved. Not available. No towels until we asked. They bought small towels and said that their better towels were washed but dryer belt was broken. No soap until we asked. $50.00 damage deposit....are you kidding? No remote in the room. Finally, cockroaches in the room. The manager came to the room to bring a remote and we asked him if he knew there were roaches and he said yes...."I have someone coming twice a month and I'm spraying inbetween"....ok if you're treating THAT often your place is INFESTED!!!!!Expedia allowed this place to be misrepresented.

This "Hotel" is no longer even affiliated with OYO. Orbits refuses to acknowledge or update/change anything. My sister and I were looking for a last minute safe harbor on our way out of town, and this place was NOT IT! There is a cash deposit at the desk to even get the reservation you already paid for; which is another thing that has failed to be disclosed. We paid for two nights and were hardly there 20 hours. We woke up to bed bugs! When we brought this to the attention of management they were EXTREMELY rude and threatened us. We were "lucky" to get our undisclosed deposit back... I THEN had to go to a local laundromat, after bagging every single item we brought into the room, and spent that WHOLE deposit ensuring I would not bring BED BUGS home with us. We NEVER got a refund for EITHER of the two nights we paid in advance for. After we found the bugs and were on our way out (obviously not staying there the second night like we had planned) we were spied on and harassed by management to get off of the property... which we were doing. All around AWFUL establishment. ZERO help on Orbitz side as well. This "hotel" should be SHUT DOWN!

Bait and Switch I booked this hotel based on what the name and pictures portrayed in the orbitz page. After driving up and down the road the “Oyo hotel” was on fir 30 minutes. Finally I called the Oyo phone number and they connected me with the hotel, only the person that answered the phone did not identify themselves as a business and I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. Finally I pulled up, and it wasn’t even an Oyo hotel, it was a Lincoln Inn. This place had everything meth addicts and prostitutes loitering around and the office stunk not to mention the office lady looked cracked out. I called Orbitz fir a refund and they started the process. Hopefully I’ll get my money back. Stay far far away from this roach motel

Worst place

Read Google reviews before booking. The hotel doesn't show you outside because uf they did you wouldn't book. Bug infestation is a common thread. We arrived and had difficulty finding the hotel. When we found it we called hotels.com and was told don't check in, go somewhere else. We did so. The hotel also has numerous write-ups for failure to refund for people who didn't complete their stay. You have been warned!

Horrible service to start. Room smelled like smoke. Tub had hair in it. No hot water for showers. Asked about water and they said it went out yesterday and nothing they could do.

Nice visit home.

The building is old and looks a little seedy but its under new management and they're doing the can. The couple running it was supremely sweet and nice and went out their way to accommodate me. I would return.

Omg. The econo lodge in Cleveland Tennessee was awful. The room smelled like a homeless person living there. The carpets were dirty. Bathroom area had flies and nats flying around. The bed sheets were all stained. All of the lampshades were broken. And at 230 in the morning there was a male prostitute arguing on the phone with his pimp. Never going back to Cleveland Tennessee.

There were cockroachs ALL over my room. When trying to leave guy wouldnt come to front office tocheck me out and give security deposit and when i tried to call and get back they refused. They even disconnected the phone from the line so i couldnt call and check out. WORST hotel ive ever been too and ive stayed at cheaper nicer hotels

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and upon arrival was told they rented out the 2 bed rooms so i was left with a room with 1 king bed for5 peopoe to sleep in, the sink was clogged and wouldnt drain, the fridge was warm and falling out of its hole. My sister had also booked a room and her room wasnt ready until 830pm when check in says 4 and we arrived at 630. Her room had mold on the chair and smelled moldy in the room. When staff was notified a man came up and threw the chair and said there no more mold. She ended up leaving but we sucked it up and stayed. The area is sketchy, we heard multiple gun shots overnight and there were sketchy people walking all around. Definitely would not stay again.
