Clean, well located in Little Italy, responsive host

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with short walk to bakery, market and restaurants. Host very responsive to several requests for supplies, clean and well appointed facilities. I especially enjoyed cooking with gas stove again! Will stay again if/when we come back to Cleveland.

Cute and comfortable unit. Owner was responsive when we reached out w/ questions.Slightly difficult to prepare meals due to lack of kitchen utensils.Overall a nice stay.

Comfy place to stay

We booked the bottom unit and was pleased with our stay. Most anything you need, is available in the unit. The host was very responsive and kind. Parking was doable. The host asked both the upstairs guest and myself if we'd like to share contacts to communicate parking as I was there for very early morning Hospital visits. There is a driveway, but its a one way street, with street parking so parking was not an issue. Neighborhood is quiet, and extremely close to everything you need.

Wonderful one month stay in Little Italy

We stayed for a month while going to the Cleveland Clinic each morning, and everything was amazing. The place was spotless, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed to cook daily. The host was wonderful—we were warmly welcomed with groceries the first morning, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend for both short and long stays (ideal for up to 3 people).T

Quiet and Cozy

This unit in Little Italy is perfectly situated to access the neighborhood gems - restaurants, bakeries, bars - and the Cleveland Clinic, CWRU, and more! Delfina was very available and willing to help, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The space is small, but has everything you would need for a short-term rental. The bathroom is very nice, but lacks storage, so be prepared to unpack your get-ready stuff more in your room, than in there. The master bedroom has great space for two, with a comfy bed and great linens, as well as a desk to work at should you need it. The second bedroom is definitely a tighter fit, but again comfy and cozy. That is the room with the barn door, so something to keep in mind for whoever will be sleeping right off the living room. The living room has space for three or four, but not a ton of room to relax/spread out. The kitchen is well-appointed with good appliances and plenty of utensils, etc. There is a shared driveway that is for the upstairs and downstairs unit. This didn’t pose an issue for us, but depending on how much you’re coming and going, it’s something to be aware of as street parking is not super available! All-in-all, great space, location and property manager!
