Lovely 2 bedroom apt

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of the Waterloo Arts District. 4 minute walk to the famous Beachland Ballroom and Tavern concert venue. Walk to get some amazing coffee from SixShooter cafe, Juicy Vegan & all Pizza lovers; Citzen Pie Pizza is within a walking distance. 10 minute drive to downtown and a few minutes from Lake Erie.
The space
Our two bedroom apartment is ground level of a 4 unit apartment building.
It is furnished with a Queen bed in each room. Smart Tv in living room and master room. We supply a coffee marker, basic cookware, microwave, stove, & refrigerator & freestanding fans in each bedroom. Wall AC unit in living room.
Other things to note
Please note other units are occupied by tenants. Please do not disturb. Quiet hours after 9pm-7am Sunday -Thursday and Friday-Saturday night 10pm-7am.
