I had a very positive stay at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland. Its location—just a short walk to the Cleveland Clinic—makes it incredibly convenient, especially for medical visits. The suites are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the hospital is a big plus, particularly in cold weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would include updating the rooms and bathrooms with more modern, upscale finishes and ensuring more thorough housekeeping. Overall, a comfortable and highly convenient place to stay.

Breakfast buffet was overpriced and mediocre at best. Bacon was swimming in grease and water. Eggs we runny and in water. Coffee in lobby was out one morning and missing cups and creamer out the next morning. Staff was very nice and helpful though

I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic.

Very clean room and quality bedding. I loved having a tub. I also enjoyed being able to crack open the windows (they do not open all the way). The service was great for hotel. The restaurant was nice although a bit slow on service. I stayed in a suite and it was up to expectations and as described.

The location is a short drive to Case Western and near hospitals. Self parking is a couple of long blocks away, which was inconvenient when it’s cold and rainy. Valet is $26. The property seems like it’s been updated but not exactly with the best quality furnishings - for example, the dresser appeared to be assembled furniture where the drawer was hard to open. The place wasn’t exactly not clean, there’s just visible dust from being vacant, we assumed. Only other odd thing was their hand soap, shampoo and body seems to be the same. We had a sink, coffee maker and fridge, none of which we used. The restaurant was 24/7 but we didn’t dine there. Staff at front desk and valet were friendly.
