"I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy."

"First we get there at 4:30 had to wait over an hour for our room. Then Our room was broken into at 03:30am, followed by front staff banging on the door trying to kick us out of the room stating we were in the wrong room. Threatening to call police on us. Ultimately we left by choice at 04:30am. Also had stripped beds and trash in the room when we first arrived. Room wasn’t even ready when they let us in."

"The hotel was downtown but within walking distance to rock n roll hall of fame/ science center, and the browns football stadium. The hotel rates and parking rates were better than the others for this day."
