"Great stay at Aloft Greenville Downtown! Super clean, modern rooms and an amazing location right in the heart of downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!"
