Front entrance was closed due to a water line bursting but they have directions to another entrance. It was just cold and snowy outside so it was kind of an inconvenience!

This is like a gussied up midrange chain, but I really appreciated the gussying. The lobby has way more personality and flare than a Hilton Garden Inn, etc. The rooms were large but more typical. Area surrounding is highways.

Eh, decent. Nothing special
Toilet was broken upon arrival so had to move all of our stuff into another room late at night. Other than that stay was decent. Nothing fancy and didn’t feel all that cozy but wasn’t terrible. Probably would stay in a more modern place closer to Pinecrest next time.

I was in Cleveland for a 2 day conference. The satellite television lost reception in the middle of shows and movies and they were out of coffee in the AM. The service desk people were friendly but were limited in being helpful. My room was changed and I still experienced problems with my tv and ac.

Could tell it was an older hotel that was a different brand hotel before but overall it was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and the room was very spacious!

We had no issues, the staff was polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our quick staycation there.

Have stayed at this property several times. Sadly service has declined.
Very slow check- in process. Staff not at all apologetic about this.

It’s ok. Nothing wonderful. The room was clean. Couldn’t keep the shades on my window open at all since I looked directly out over the parking lot and the second floor is not high enough off the ground that people can’t look in. No diet Coke in the café, vending machine was out of a lot of things and does not take credit cards. Pretty much feels like a Holiday Inn. Connected steakhouse was great though.
