Yes, the front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcomed.
Booked based on photos and app reviews. Wish I had read google reviews before arriving and checking in. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the location was convenient. Otherwise, would not recommend. The property is run down and dirty. Our room had huge unpainted plaster patches on the walls and stains on the ceiling. The TV showed one local station. Despite advertising breakfast available, we only saw coffee. Pictures in the ads are very misleading.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean and we didnt have any problems with parking or excessive noise. All in all a pretty good stay!
Can't expect much for under $100/night but this place is terrible. Granted, the location is pretty great. But there were someone else's shoes in the room, furniture from another room in the hallway. It reeked of cigarette smoke. lots of doors slamming

The hotel is dirty and poorly maintained. The carpets in the room are filthy, and there isn’t even a refrigerator. The young lady at check-in was very kind, but there are many things that need to be improved.
At check in, they gave me a room that had not been cleaned
..and when I get the "cleaned" room...No Wifi, terrible bed, dirty pillow cases, bad smells, huge pot holes in the parking lot, cigarette butts in the hallway, spider webs in the stairwell....and no I'm not exaggerating. This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The WORST!!! But it's in the best part of the city. Walkable local shops, food and bars. Grocery and fast food all in walking distance. Beautiful homes to stroll and absorb. Quiet while still being busy and alive. Unfortunately this place could have charm and uniqueness...but in stead it looks like a literal horror movie. Shut this place down! Start over!
Hotel smells terrible. Overall condition is very bad. Needs a complete remodel. Junk piled up behind reception desk. Hallways are dark and depressing. But bed was comfortable and front desk staff were kind.
Was alright. A get what you pay for place. It was a place to sleep. I appreciated the sweet staff. Both day and night staff were professional and polite. Hotel was a little dingy, and not like pictured, but again you get what you pay for. The pot holes in the parking area were a little sketchy though . But outside of that was an okay stay.
I wasn't expecting much based on the price, but multiple lights in the room didn't work and some fixtures were loose. Just rather run down. It is in a good location though
I only liked the location of the hotel in the area and its close proximity to different places like restaurants, grocery stores...etc. but unfortunately the staff are so unfriendly, place is not clean and not well maintained. I have paid similar amount before on a different hotel and got way better deal, in all aspects!
First room I was in (room 101) I found a Live bed bug on the bed! (I have a photo) was moved to another room only to see holes in the wall, detached toilet seat, and no hot water. The service was great! Just wish the place was in better condition
Would not recommend this property to anyone. There's peeling paint in the room, the furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced, the security clasp on the door was missing the mating hardware, the towel holder in the bathroom was rusty, the sink stopper didn't work, and the bathtub was dirty with trash in the drain.
On the upside, the heater in the room worked well and there was hot water!
There was visible black mold in the bathroom and the hotel room smelt of mold and cigarettes. Its by far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.
The bed was clean, but I only slept in it long enough to feel safe to drive home.

not great night
The room was clean. The first room we had the TV would not work so we were moved to a second room where we were able to get the TV to work. The key card reader was missing and there was a door knob that could only be locked on the inside of room with no way to get back in if locked on way out. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not out when we got there at 9am so we checked out and went to get something to eat on our own

This place needs some serious restructing ASAP! Lemme list everything wrong:
-the parking lot is full of deep ass potholes!
-the remote for the small ass TV did nothing but turn it on and off. Could not select any channels at all
-the bathtub looked old, looked like it had been cleaned but years and years of use there was still some dirt in the tub
-when I arrived for check in, no one was at the desk. I had to look for the person for about 5 minutes. Come to find out they were the only person on the clock.this told me she was spread too thin.
-breakfast virtually non-existent.
Chatting with the employee during the checkin was efficient and they had a good sense of humor. This was the only pleasant part of my stay.
While the price was cheap (guess I got what I paid for), I will not stay there ever again and I don't recommend this place at all.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is very nice, thus the temptation to book a room there. However, the hotel itself was terrible. I ended up leaving after minutes of getting there. The hotel is very unfriendly. The first sign we saw was that the management was not responsible for the safety of our vehicle. Next, the reception desk was about five feet tall, and I could barely see the receptionist ( I am not tall myself, so that made it very uncomfortable). The hotel looked unkept, and when we entered the room, was like we entered a storage room - once a bedroom. At first sight, there was a big round mirror just left on the floor, the bed looked in disarray, with one mattress pointing in a different direction than the frame. The ruffles were not straight, the sheets not changed ( or not pressed, but most likely not changed, because they were stained on the pillow cases), the smoke alarm was yanked out of the wall. No amenities of any kind. So, I was very disappointed. I should have read the reviews before booking the room, but I was in a hurry and made my assessment based on the neighborhood, pictures, and my previous experience with Days Inn and Windham. However, this hotel was not at all representative of these names.
Tired hotel past its prime in need of a lot of maintenance. Many window screens out of the windows and laying in the yard. Parking loft full of potholes, weeds knee high. Room was clean enough. Lights didn't work...on one, the switch was missing. No alarm clock or refrigerator in room. No mention of ice machine. No ice bucket or cups anyway. Got only conditioner, no shampoo. Floor of bathtub was squishy. No breakfast, or even coffee offered. The hallways were disgusting, muddy and footprint tracked, littered with trash, including cigarette butts, a cigar butt, and a used bandaid! Broken pieces of furniture and used mattresses were stacked in the hallway. My husband asked to see the room, and at least the bed seemed clean. I tried to get a room elsewhere, but what was available was either too far away from the hospital or way out of our budget. We needed a place near the Lutheran Hospital, as I had surgery scheduled for the next morning, and we have very little knowledge of the city.
While we didn't pay a premium price for the room, the picture on the site appeared acceptable. However, it was far from. We felt confident when we saw that it was Days Inn, by Wyndham that it would be satisfactory, but we won't make that assumption again. I think this franchisee needs attention, or you may want to reconsider putting your name on this property.
PROS:
Overall, the bed was clean and comfy, I felt safe and was able to sleep a few hours. The (one-person) staff was also good.
CONS:
Room 202: both side bed lights out, including nearest outlet to bed. Used bath cloth top of shower curtain (granted I can see how it could have been missed). Terrible soundproofing and insulation and it doesn’t help that police use the parking lot as a cut through.
Police must’ve drove through *at least* six times, once or twice with the sirens in the lot but you can still hear them down the street regardless.
The property could also use a bit better branding/signage or lighting by the street as it is very easy to miss at night or during the day.
SUGGESTIONS:
A fresh coat of paint and the tubs re-glazed. Fix holes in the wall like the punch mark in mine.
It could use a couple extra lights in the parking lot, and possibly a small deck area out of the way for people to smoke where it can contain the noise and be a few feet away from the building instead of talking next to it the majority of the night.
Fix the (ridiculously) large potholes — I’m surprised my bumper didnt fall off when my car fell in. I’d also install speed bumps to help keep from people speeding through (mainly police).
Lastly — soundproofing and soft-close hinges.
A refund is the only way I’d consider staying there again.
Signed,
-Sleep deprived guest

The property was quiet. Checking out second day had to wait for someone to show up at the desk. The parking lot needs some serious repairs, full of potholes.
