I was in this place for arround 1 week, it was really very clean, and had everything necessary to be comfortable. I would defenitely stay at this place again.Just a small suggestion, the pillows on the bed could be improved.

We loved the apartments location to Clinics and museums. Was spotlessly clean and had a decent kitchen set up so we could cook in a few nights. Furniture very comfy and that bed had us sleeping in every day it’s so nice! Can’t wait to return

Apartment ambience was very welcoming. This was just an overnight stay but we would definitely stay longer, when necessary. Off-street parking was a plus. Location was convenient to where we needed to be, especially with the weather we got hit with.

Absolutely Fantastic!

I wish I had been spending more time here. I loved the decor; it was a great counterpoint to the historic building. The bed was super comfy. Everything was very clean. I have to make another trip to Cleveland later in the year, and am hoping to stay here again. :)

Great Place

Great place to stay if you’re coming to Cleveland for work! It was nice and clean. The only thing to mention would be that it’s listed with AC, but there is no AC in the bedroom. It got pretty hot at night so a heads up if you’re staying in the summer. Otherwise it was perfect for what I needed.

Nice place close to Coventry

Kai place was super cute. I liked the exposed brick and in the back parking. It had everything I needed for the week. No fault due to Kai or the actual apartment - but it’s good to know that it’s located in an older building so you can hear neighbors. Everyone was super respectful though and the place was quiet by 10. I would stay again!

great location, building needs work

The unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We used the window AC once in the living room and it was difficult for it to cool the bedroom. The building needs maintenance but the unit is very nice. We could hear neighbors yelling and cussing at each other. The location is close to the Cleveland Clinic and the Italian area. Strongly recommend La Vita Dolce restaurant - fabulous food. We went there twice!

Cleveland Heights

It was a great location for the purpose of our visit. The apartment was very clean, and the host was helpful and accessible. The lighting in the rooms could be better. Streaming services on the guests' accounts are available, but there was no cable TV. The bedroom has an overhead fan but is not air-conditioned. The entry into the apartment is directly into the bedroom.

Nice apartment to stay in while in Clwveland

Apartment was clean and notes from the owner were very helpful. We used the washer / dryer, so that was a great feature. We came to visit family and for me to revisit my old stumping grounds( 25-30 years ago) Coventry nearby ( walking distance)still has retained it’s vibe. The apartment resembled the one I lived in so many years ago. I could not have chosen a better place. Host was contacted by text through app and responded very fast and precise. We had no problems what so ever

Cozy and Comfortable

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood appeared safe, and the place was carefully decorated to give the old building a cozy sense. The property was initially confusing to locate, but her directions were clear and accurate. The building is old. This an apartment building so you have neighbors. Nothing crazy, but you can hear talking and loud walking. We visited in October and the building was cool and with no real way to up the temperature. All of this is minor for me. I would recommend staying here!The building was quiet by 9pm.

GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO BROWNS STADIUM!!!

My husband and I came for WWE SUMMERSLAM 2024! We loved every single thing about this apartment. You can tell the owners take pride in their home and want you to feel comfortable. The building is older but the space is updated with modern design. The brick wall run the living room was my favorite! Our only complaint ( due to it being almost 100 degrees eveyday we were there) was the bedroom was HOT! The air unit was in the living room. Bring a fan with you to help circulate the air. Uber wasn’t too expensive, what you would expect for the city. Instacart and DoorDash also didn’t have ridiculously large fees. We plan to come back to Cleveland for a browns game as we intend to visit every NFL stadium. I will absolutely book this space if it is available!!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop your search. You have landed on the perfect spot for your stay in Cleveland!
