"The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style."

"Location was great for baseball game. Room was good, besides bathroom floor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned (hair on floors). They experienced elevator issues while we were there but were quick to communicate to guests and get issues resolved."

"The staff was great, however…the room was dirty, there were spiders right when i entered, the sheets had stains on them, I booked this room just for the hot tub and pool when i arrived it was under construction for my whole stay, the doors stated they were locked so no one could enter without a key however i was able to walk right in with no key. The shower did not work properly, the key card to the room itself kept disabling so I had to stand in long lines to get it fixed. "

"Pool and hot tub were off limits for the whole day which was my main selling point in picking this place. The room has poor circulation in the bedroom area. The pull out couch had no sheets on the mattress. The lighting in the room was awful with only lamps that were dull."
