The Westin Cleveland Downtown
Nice room, polite and friendly staff. The restaurant had great food and drinks. I love that the staff doesn’t force you out the room at checkout time. I will definitely revisit this hotel.

Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade
The entire stay was fabulous. The Arcade was decorated for Christmas and the tree was beautiful. The staff was amazingly friendly.

Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown
Staff were attentive and professional, room appearance was good/clean but carpet was old looking and shedding hair unless it was from a pet. Not sure if hotel was pet friendly

Kimpton Schofield Hotel by IHG
Very nice hotel. Common areas were cozy on a snowy day. Location is great - a lot of options for food and shopping within walking distance. My only complaint was that our room had one small window at up near the ceiling far above eye level. The photos on the website are very misleading.
