Lilac Loft- Lake, Pool, Pickle Ball, Disney, FUN!

The Lilac Loft is nestled within the peaceful gated community of Vacation Village. It is a beautifully renovated A-Frame home and your perfect place to stay & play! You will enjoy private Lake Louisa access, the heated (year-round) Olympic-sized community pool, tennis/basketball courts, play grounds, and FREE parking, fast WiFi, smart TVs w/ cable, a full kitchen, & in-home laundry. All are less than 25 mins from Disney & other Orlando theme parks and 5 miles from the National Training Center.
The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath has a Modern Feel with plenty of light. The downstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has 2 twins. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. Prep meals in the open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of granite counter space, and cabinets stocked with cooking essentials. This home also has a free washer & dryer, available for your use. We have done our best to include small touches, like kids' books, games, and smart Tv's to make your stay great! The open-concept main living space is perfect for multi-family getaways of up to 6 guests.

You will also want to enjoy the peaceful outdoor patio on beautiful days. Staying in Clermont gives you easy access to the most popular tourist attractions but still is quiet & safe within a gated community. People often say this is " A hidden gem": get away from it all yet be in the center of everything!

The Day before your trip we will be contacting you with the Gate code & door code for your stay. when you pull up to Vacation Village there is a gate code box simply enter your personal code and enter.

You will pass the amenities center and pool area on your way to our unit #146. once you arrive you will find numbered parking please use Unit 146 Parking ( it is just to the right of the walkway) if you have more than one car there is extra parking in the lot as well just pick a spot without a # on it, please!
Other things to note
POOL : The key to the pool is on a key hook located on the left-hand side of the entryway. Please put it back there when done with it There is a $60 charge to replace the pool key if it goes missing.

PARKING: There is a designated spot for each unit. Please only park in space 146 ( it is to the left of the front door). If you or your guest park in another person's spot, there is a possibility that your vehicle will be towed. You are responsible for any vehicles that are towed. There are extra spaces available they are the spots with no # on them!

PETS: Pets under 20 pounds are welcome but there is a one-time $50 pet fee please let us know you have a pet directly after booking.

We are close to several parks and a man-made beach.

The space is professionally cleaned.
