Hook’s Cabin is nestled within the peaceful gated community of Vacation Village it is a beautifully renovated A-Frame home and your perfect place to stay & play! You will enjoy private Lake Louisa access, the heated Olympic-sized community pool, tennis / basketball courts, play grounds, and FREE parking, fast WiFi, flat screen smart Tv's w/ cable, full kitchen, & in home laundry. All less than 25 mins from Disney & other Orlando theme parks, and 5 miles from the National Training Center.
The space
Nicely updated home with private primary bedroom / bath downstairs plus oversized upstairs loft. There are a total of 3 queens plus a sleeper Sofa to sleep up to 8 comfortably. Prep meals in the open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of granite counter space, and cabinets stocked with cooking essentials. This home also has a free high efficiency washer & dryer, available for your use. We have done our best to include small touches, like kids books, games and smart Tv's to make your stay great! You will also want to enjoy the peaceful outdoor patio on beautiful days, staying in Clermont gives you the easy access to the most popular tourist attractions but quiet & safe feel of a gated community. People often say this is " A hidden gem": get away from it all yet be in the center of everything!

The Day before your trip we will be contacting you with the Gate code & door code for your stay. when you pull up to Vacation Village there is a gate code box simply enter your personal code and enter. You will pass the amenities center and pool area on your way to our unit #86. once you arrive you will find numbered parking please use Unit 86 Parking ( it is just to the left of the front door) if you have more than one car there is extra parking in the lot as well just pick a spot without a # on it please!
Other things to note
POOL : The key to the pool is on a key hook located on the left hand side of the entryway. Please put it back there when done with it There is a $100 charge to replace the pool key if it goes missing.

PARKING: There is a designated spot for each unit. Please only park in space 86 ( it is to the left of the front door). If you or your guest park in another person spot, there is a possibility that your vehicle will be towed. You are responsible for any vehicles that are towed. There are extra spaces available they are the spots with no # on them!

PETS: Pets are welcome but there is a one time $50 pet fee please let us know you have a pet directly after booking.

We are close to several parks and a man made beach. The space is professionally cleaned.
