"This is a lovely place to stay and the host was gracious and went out of his way to help in every way possible. I arrived on my bicycle and was able to put it into the secure garden area onto which the entrance of the property opened. There is a nice seating area in the open fronted barn, which is perfect for a quiet drink. The room was terrific. Spacious, immaculate and with everything I needed. "Really nice, quiet family suite at the top of the hotel, but you are literally a stone's throw from the station and very walkable to the centre of Tours. Highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very friendly too. And the breakfast was lovely!"

"When we checked in the staff member was very polite and helpful with some key points. We had a top floor room with a nice view of the river and towards the city. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the air-con worked a treat as was the heat wave, bathroom was excellent and there was a safe. However, it did lacked luggage space and the TV never worked, but it did not disturb us too much. No milk for the coffees. Breakfast was fine, basic selection and some of the hot food looked like it had been out for too long. We enjoyed the stay, stayed in other Hilton by Hampton and had better and for a lower price, but seemed to be the Tours rate."

"I don't usually write reviews but Morgan was so helpful I had to write one. We arrived with 2 young children who had just had a long ferry and car journey and needed to move! She was so accomodating, patient and helpful with us all while she was giving us local recommendations and answered all our questions. She also provided us some milk for the children in the evening when we couldn't get any from the shop. Thank you! The breakfast was also very good."

"This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."
