the way they establish there system for the cleaning of the rooms, if you have your busy sign on your door at 6am and you leave the room at say about 9am they don't clean or change the towel even when you take the sign off. The morning breakfast was cold and no microwave to warn it up.

I always stay here on my Texas trips, this Hotel never disappoints. Perfect for visiting my family in the area and all the food is between Hotel and their homes!! Always works out Great.

Overall, our stay was great! I do wish that housekeeping would have come in during our stay and just at least left clean sheets for us to change the beds; however, not such a big thing to break the whole experience. It was a very nice facility and very clean otherwise!

I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites when I travel for business. They are always very clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The only bummer on this trip was the tv remote was broken. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Not the cleanest, hallway had a musty smell. Mattress had stains on it. Had issues with the heater and told front desk. All the repair person did was switch it to the a/c so it was freezing when we got back to the room. The heater never really warmed the room after that.

The staff was great. The breakfast was great. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was mostly clean, but the floor in the room and bathroom was just dirty. The carpet was stained and the tile under the raised lavatory had spill stains. The tile in front of the toilet and tub was clean. The office chair legs had dust accumulation and the ceiling fan as well. It just needed a good deep clean - dusting, mopping and carpet shampoo. For the price, which was a bit pricey, it should have been clean. I like the location and it is close to stores but in a quiet, safe area. We didnt have a chance to use the pool.

I didn't like that the hot tub and pool was out of service. there wasnt anything on the site indicating that the amenities were diminished. Wish we didnt pay full price since we didnt get to use the pool and hot tub. other then that breakfast was amazing, the king suite was clean and spacious

Great hotel
This was a great stay. Our check in was quick and painless. Our room was huge for our family of 5. The picture was a bit deceptive, but we were plesantly surprised. There was a pull out couch! It was so clean and well stocked. The lobby was decked out in easter decorations that matched the color scheme so it didnt look to much it was actually really cute. Breakfast was good my kids loved the pancake roller and the coffee taste fantastic.

Tornado warning is not an emergency to cancel
It was a tornado warning and the Manager doesn’t approve to make any changes or refund in my reservation. We have to wait until the tornado warning pass at 8pm so we make our check in until 10pm
