There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect….

Centrally located, fenced in backyard
Great location, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops to chose from close by. Also, easy to get to the downtown area. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms for each bedroom, along with a 1/2 bath downstairs.

Spacious Home + Pool, Minutes to Town
The home was clean throughout with nice ammenities. The game room was fantastic. The owner took the time to purchase various family oriented games as well as having the poker table with cards and chips, although we did not use them. The large screen TV was impressive.
