Traveled to the area for work. It was a great place that was in a great location. Really enjoyed the views of the lake from the deck. The host was great to work with and very accommodating!
The property was beautifully decorated and prime location. 5 minutes from everything. Great parking and privately owned. The owner was kind and accommodating. Answers the phone everytime. The only downside is the property is not fenced in--- so you cannot leave dogs outside off leash. Otherwise I give the property 5 stars.
This is my 3rd year staying at another of Martine’s places. Another great property. Super quick at responding. House is always clean and has what you need. This location was nearby a shopping center which was really nice. Bass Fishing was great during the spring time at this property.

Stayed here with my family of four and my in-laws for a summer fishing/water play trip. Probably my fault for not reading carefully, but I didn’t realize the upstairs and downstairs units were not connected on the interior, though it was fine for us. Beds and linens were nice and everything was clean (and I’m a clean freak so I have high standards). We loved having the convenience of the boat dock too. Thanks for hosting us!
It was fine except the beds were so hard. I didn't sleep well at all. But other than that it was good. There is no places good to eat close by either. It was hard to find. We had to take another little road off of Lakeshore Dr called Kern to get to our B&B. It was not clear in the directions.
The purpose for the stay in Clearlake was primarily the convenience of a nice place to stay while my brothers and I golfed at Hidden Valley Lake and Cache Creek. It proved to be the perfect location (with the exception of the rain that tried to spoil the experience). This property checked all the boxes being clean, very comfortable and quite. The added plus was a beautiful view of the lake. Next visit we will bring the boat!
Great house in a great location. Everything my family needed for memorable trip was provided and then some. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the water for swimming, paddle boarding, and boating. We will definitely look into booking this again in the future.
It was really beautiful the house and the view. Had a great time fishing off the pier. The house is very nice would love to stay there again in the near future or another property by the same owner.
Hands down the nicest, most hospitable and generous hosts we’ve ever encountered. Amazing views of the marsh and Torrey Pines from the balcony and a 5 min walk to the beach. Apartment was very well equipped. Quaint neighborhood of West Del Mar was most enjoyable too … enjoyed that scene. Highly, highly recommend this place!
Martine notified us before arrival that the WiFI was out but he offered us another place (which was unacceptable). He was able to get the WiFi fixed before we arrived. Two of our family members took the kayaks out on the lake and found there was a hole in one of them. We notified Martine and he said he would take care of it immediately. Martine was easy to contact and any issues were addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay, especially the large porch overlooking the lake where we gathered to enjoy conversation, family time and sunsets.
Anything replace needs is better sitting at the kitchen table and a better couches and sitting when everybody gets together upstairs, there’s not enough seating for eight people to watch TV otherwise very nice place
The house was great for our group of 4. We fished, bbq’d and enjoyed the great view. Smart TVs were easy to use. Kitchen utensils were well stocked. Air conditioning worked really well. Host was easy to communicate with through text. Very comfortable place to stay.
