"This is my opinion. I wouldn't share but I think a warning is warranted. The Dome is to hot to occupy at all until at least 5pm. So what you get for your $150 is a bench surrounded by a ton of camp sites right next, trash on the ground, space not swept out and a long walk to the toilet. To top it off, the door, that faces the other tents, is clear so, no privacy. Just be prepared and all will be well. "

"The house is really big and had room for all 15 of our guests and 3 dogs. The backyard area was spacious as well. The game room upstairs kept the kids entertained for hours. The kitchen was spacious and everything was in good shape. The listing was very accurate to what we saw. The only issue we had was a mouse that hung out in the kitchen for most of an afternoon. He watched us from under the fridge. We contacted the host about this and never heard back. There was a shower curtain that was far past its lifespan. The staircase is also a bit hazardous when not well lit. Several people stumbled on the middle steps and got some bumps and skinned ankles. Otherwise, it was all very clean and in good shape. Checkout was easy."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The place was clean, although it could have been a little cleaner in a few areas. It was comfortable, and most of the essentials we needed were provided. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated. There were a few things in the property that weren’t working such as the tv downstairs where not working and could not watch anything on them, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"Our family of 5 stayed over Fathers Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The setting is beautiful and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods and down to the lake where our dog could swim and we could take in the views. The home had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully outfitted with all the dishes and cookware. We would recommend bringing spices, sugar and cooking oil etc... We made a lovely fire in the pit and sat around it our last night. It was very enjoyable. We lucked out that the burn ban was not in effect at the time we were there. Our only critique of the rental listing is that it says there is A/C. We specifically looked only for homes to rent that had A/C. When we arrived it was warm in the house and realized that there ISN'T A/C. We contacted the owner and she said that they only install window A/C units in July and August when it gets the warmest. The day we arrived it was 86 degrees. Our first night wasn't comfortable due to the heat in the house. The next night we put our box fans that we brought from home in the windows and that was perfect. A/C shouldn't be advertised, or it needs to be more specific as to the dates it is available. The other thing was that each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there is one large one above the living room. This was broken and probably has been for a while. It is a very high ceiling so not an easy fix I imagine. Overall we loved our stay!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home on a fantastic lot, especially for families with kids. The playground was actually the reason we chose this property over several others, and it absolutely delivered. The backyard offers plenty of space for kids to play, adults to relax, and groups to spread out. The house itself is well-built, spacious, and comfortable.Unfortunately, there were a few issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.The biggest concern was the incredibly strong sewage odor in the backyard. It seemed to get progressively worse throughout the weekend and at times made it unpleasant to be outside. We weren't sure whether it was coming from this property or a neighboring one, but because the backyard is such a highlight of the home, it significantly impacted our experience.Communication was also frustrating. We received multiple emails confirming an early check-in and late check-out, planned our group's travel around those times, and were later told those emails had been sent in error and would not be honored. Mistakes happen, but I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. We also never received our check-in instructions and had to call upon arrival, though they answered quickly and got us what we needed.The home has so much potential, but several amenities could use attention: scratched and peeling cookware, very dull kitchen knives, only a handful of wine glasses for a home that sleeps 16, a worn hot tub that never heated above 100°, almost no cold water pressure in the kitchen with scalding hot water, and very dusty fake plants throughout.Overall, this is a beautiful property with an amazing setup for large groups. I genuinely hope these issues are addressed because they're all very fixable. If they were, we'd happily consider staying again."

"It was an enjoyable stay overall, Fang is an excellent host, communication was very easy and responses very quick. We had a small problem with WiFi and it was addressed almost immediately. House is very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with how every light switch was labeled. One thing the future renters might want to know is that while the house truly has direct access to the lake, the shore is very stony, with a lots of various sizes rocks, that make getting into the water difficult."

"Decent property and a great location for privacy. Near lake which was great. Everything was "ok" as far as cleanliness but this place could definitely use a deep clean. Some of the basics were not stocked (tin foil, hand soaps) and there were 2 empty propane tanks (for the BBQ) so I had to use a tank from the outdoor fireplace. Not a horrible deal just inconvenient. Seems the property management company isn't keeping up with stocking things. Hot tub was clean which was great. No guidance as far as how to get to the lake or any recreation activities to enjoy as far as in the area. Would have been nice since we had never been to this area of WA before. Noticed the property was for sale thus maybe the inattention to the details."
