Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Everything about the unit was great - space, location, amenities, etc. However, the booking process was shaky to say the least. Hotels.com did a poor job of confirming and securing the reservation. Had to rebook twice and talk directly with the property management company. In any case, the unit was wonderful and our family enjoyed the stay.
