Suncadia Condo - 1 bedroom - River View - Easy access - Amazing view

Our Lodge Riverview unit is the most convenient unit in the Lodge for accessing the Great Room, Lobby and common areas of the Lodge property. Enjoy the same room and most amenities that guests of the resort experience, at a rate far below the resort rate. While some units require a long walk from the elevators, ours (2045) is the first off the elevator. Our unit has one of the best views on the view side of the building. Located on the 2nd floor and with floor to ceiling windows on sliders leading to balconies from both the bedroom and the living room, you can see for miles and enjoy the river view, forest and mountains in the distance.

This unit is furnished with the same original furnishings found in the rooms rented by the resort. The kitchen is likely stocked with additional supplies and staples. Quality bath products are provided, as you would expect from any resort booking. Our TV allows for you to connect your personal divices. This is not available to those renting directly from Suncadia.

**Please note – this property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, access to Nelson Farm Pool, Intra-Resort Shuttle Service, Complimentary S’mores, and other exclusive amenities and activities. There is no on-site management of this property, and Suncadia Resort and its colleagues are not required to provide any services to guests staying in this property with the exclusion of check-in and check-out.

Very clean, well stocked, apartment, it was all that was promised. The owner was very responsive and we were able to extend our stay easily. We extended our stay because we were so comfortable there and as a result we were having a great time!

Another Perfect Stay

My wife and I have stayed here 2 of the last 3 years for our anniversary. We love it. Great location and beautiful views. Check in and check out is quick and easy. Jennifer is always prompt at returning messages and answering questions. We will be back for sure.

Relaxing with amazing view

Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and had a nice down comforter. Plenty of cooking accessories if you need them. But the view was stunning, especially after it snowed. Great getaway!

Suncadia lodge is beautiful and a very centralized location to Suncadia amnesties. The condo was very clean and wonderful. Communication with Jennifer was excellent. We will definitely do it again!

Best experience ever! Crystal clear instructions, helpful check in and facility staff, room was for royalty, activities great, walked to a winery and took a shuttle back, just in time for s'mores. Weather uniquely dry for WA, pretty unique climate zone or something. Could only afford one night but worth every penny!

Beautiful View! Little noisy

We had a great stay. The owner was very helpful, and the condo was immaculate with a stunning view. Really it can't be beat! Loved sitting out on the balcony. The unit sits right above a main floor exit door though, and we happened to be there on a weekend with a UW conference, about 20-30 people kept socializing outside and around the firepit so it wasn't very quiet sitting on the balcony. However the condo's doors are pretty good at buffering the sound. Wonderful romantic weekend away! We had a lovely time.

Suncadia Lodge

The place was very nice and worked out to be a better deal than renting thru the lodge. My only complaint was the unit was not cleaned to the standard I expect. There was dirty Kleenex behind the end table in the living room and toilet paper still in the toilet like someone had used it and not flushed. The place needed to be dusted and there were only 4-5 Kleenex in the box In the bathroom with no replacement box anywhere. The view was very nice and the room was conveniently located.

Comfortable and with many options

We stayed for eight days in Suncadia. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. It is well located within the resort and has the benefit of the privacy given by an apartment combined with the services offered by a hotel. All the facilities and amenities in the apartment worked well. The Lodge at Suncadia has, very recently, been renovated and the great room and the restaurant are beautifully finished. The outstanding feature of the apartment is of course the view down over the valley to the river below. With being west facing, we enjoyed some great sunsets on the terrace. There is a lot to do in Suncadia. We played both golf courses and enjoyed the hiking which is readily available and surprisingly unspoiled. All in all, we recommend highly.

Not full access to Suncadia

Read the fine print! The condo was fine but not as great as it should have been for the cost. We didn’t have access to the indoor pool and slides as a VRBO renter which was really disappointing. In the winter with not much to do that would be key if going with kids! There is also another outdoor pool and whole facility that a renter does not have access to as well. The pool at the lodge is small and the hot tub was broken one night. I would not rent at Suncadia with VRBOs again as there is not enough to do without the extra amenities.

Very clean, room was larger than anticipated, and the views were great. The pull out sofa bed was easy to use. Fireplace was cozy. Would stay here again. Communication the entire time was fantastic, especially when we accidentally left an important item behind, they made retrieval fast and efficient. Would recommend!

The unit showed evidence of dog hair. The bed was not very comfortable. It seems like a nice place.
