This house was perfect for hosting our family and we loved the large open kitchen area where we were able to host all of our family in nearby homes for breakfast one morning. This home was also great for all of the little kids. They had a blast playing all of the games that were there and also being able to enjoy the hot tub outside in the snow. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
Wonderful house for an extended family gathering! We enjoyed all the amenities, including the wonderful hot tub and fire pit. The location is ideal with easy access to the Lodge and the Fitness Center. The décor is warm and cozy. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable time!
Our 7 and 9 year old kids loved the house. The ping pong table was a hit, so was the bunk room where they slept. The adults loved the hot tub. The location of the property was also nice, with easy access to an open area for sledding or snowshoeing.
Our only complaint was that the property wasn't ready for checkin until 6:30 PM, so we spent a lot of time in the car waiting.
This is our third time staying at this property, which tells you how much we love it. Great location and right assortment of bedrooms for two families.

Beautiful home
We had such a wonderful time! This was a beautiful home! It had everything you would need.
This was a great house for our family Thanksgiving during pandemic times. The space is perfect, the kitchen is pretty well equipped, and the hot tub and ping pong table were a big hit with everyone.
The reason I didn’t give this property a 5 star rating is some important details were missing. First, the bed in the main floor master is terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced as it sinks in the middle. Really tough on our backs. Also, the heat in that bedroom didn’t work well and it was very chilly. When we checked in, there was a broken candle holder in the living room and missing wall sconce in the upstairs master. A kitchen cabinet door was not properly attached properly and fell off when opened. The property maintenance team was very responsive and fixed it promptly though, which we appreciated. One suggestion is that the house should be stocked with basics (toilet paper, towels, dishwasher detergent, etc) appropriate for the number of guests and length of stay. We had to request additional supplies for these things which was annoying. Again, maintenance staff were very responsive but we shouldn’t have had to ask.
Due to the limitation of access to resort because of the pandemic, I think the resort fees were excessive. This house has a lot to offer but someone needs to look at the details more closely. We would stay again if these things were addressed.
Suncadia is beautiful and has walking trails. The house was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, soaking in the hot tub and playing ping pong. A nice getaway during a pandemic!
Easy checkin and out. Not sure the home was professionally cleaned before our arrival. We found some personal items and pet hair. There wasn’t a lot of basic items(tp, garbage bags, dish pods) and no vacuum cleaner. WiFi was spotty and at times didn’t work, forcing our kids to go to the lodge for online classes. The tv was another issue. We had the maintenance people out 2x to fix and they weren’t sure what the issue was. The house itself is great and in a nice location. We would recommend if these items were remedied.
Our family went over a few days before Christmas and it was just perfect. The house worked out perfectly for 8 adults and the kitchen was equipped with just about anything you could think of. I would highly recommend this property to a family and it's close to Swiftwater Cellars. Thank you for making our holidays so memorable.
We took full advantage of all the things that Suncadia was to offer. I recommend the Nelson Farm Pool on a hot summer day! The house was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay!
Loved it. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
Minor problems:
BBQ could use a rebuild, burner tubes completely rusted and busted. Bikes all had very low or no air in tires and I could not find a air pump.
Other than that the home was everything we expected.
Thank you so much.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area - lots to do!
The house was fantastic. Plenty of space for 10 adults and it's well stocked with the basics. They even stock it with really nice toiletries for you to use during your stay. There's plenty of games for everyone to use and we loved the converted garage to game room. The kitchen is large and beautiful and the dining table had ample space. It's such a nice area and it's great that the lodge amenities are open for our use. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great, first time to Suncadia, we will be back.
Our family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren really enjoyed the home. We especially liked the short walk out the back yard into the practice 3 hole golf course. Everything was great...except the ice maker was broken, there was a broken picture in the laundry room and the home was clean except there was a lot of dust on the staircase and window seals. Would trim up the access to the golf course.

A family tradition!
Counting the two of us, six children and spouses, and three grandchildren, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for our Thanksgiving get-away. Wonderful common area to cook, do puzzles, watch the games, and soak in the hot tub. Family time was enriched around the fire pit with s'mores and songs! Enjoyed walks on the trails, cooking together, and the activities at the lodge. Even came upon a herd of elk!
What more can you ask for?

The Perfect Getaway
The stay at the Suncadia rental homes was a first time experience for my wife and me and the other 4 couples that joined us. This particular group of friends make a habit out of taking weekend getaways together and I will say that our time at Suncadia did not disappoint. The home was amazing!! Fireplace, fire pit and hot tub all got plenty of good use. Having a gas grill and a phenomenal kitchen made meal prep a cinch. Although just an hour's drive from our homes in Issaquah it felt as if we had slipped into another world. The particular house we stayed in also had a detached garage that was converted into a rec. room where we spent more than a few hours playing ping-pong. We definitely will be returning!

Pleasant Stay in Suncadia
This was my first time staying at a home in Suncadia and what a beautiful home this was! Great for large groups with a large gourmet kitchen and eating space and spacious accommodations. We loved being steps away from one of the golf courses and the winery. The kids loved going to the swimming pool and of course the hot tub right in the backyard! Can't wait to go back!!!

Amazing getaway
The house was fantastic! Easy access to golf, trails, pool... Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We enjoyed the bikes provided for our use and the hot tub!.
House has ample space for 3+ families. House was stocked with everything you could need, or was just a phone call away! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are already planning another visit, hoping to stay longer next time!
