This luxurious and spacious Suncadia retreat is perfectly situated in the heart of Suncadia Resort, within scenic walking distance to the Suncadia Lodge, Glade Spring Spa, Prospector Golf Course, and Swiftwater Winery. This luxurious home boasts over 3,600 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms (3 master suites), a fantastic outdoor living space, and an entertaining garage game room. This is a perfect retreat for 4 to 5 couples or multiple families.

As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor entertainment area. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a large smart TV, and a gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably. The main fridge is in the kitchen and there’s a 2nd fridge just off the kitchen in the mudroom.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor junior master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an attached private bath.
• The guest bedroom on the main floor just off the great room features a king bed.
• Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, large double head walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
• The 2nd floor junior master boasts a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom.
• The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor is great for a family with small children. It features a queen bed, and a twin day-bed with a twin trundle underneath.
• The 2nd floor bonus room is a perfect place for the children to hang out and sleep together. It’s equipped with 3 full beds, a wet bar area, and a TV.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

Nice home for a family get together

Best part about the home is the game room, lot of fun activities for kids. Nice bedrooms, fresh linen, big dining table, 2 fridge, 2 washing machine and 2 dryer. Overall a good experience, would visit again!

The kitchen was VERY well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping space, and dining room space. We did have some trouble trying to figure out how to work the oven, after some googling we figured it out. The game room was amazing and we loved that its not in the house to keep the noise down. We would absolutely book here again.

Of all the beautiful homes we've rented over the years, this was the most comfortable for our group of twelve. The king or queen size beds were all quite comfortable, the kitchen was large, accommodating numerous bodies for meal preparation, but the large dining table was the best. The bathrooms could use some wall hooks for towels & soap holders in the showers. One of the bedrooms could use a bed-side table or two; but overall, we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Please post some directions for using the tricky oven.

Plenty of room for all to sit back,relax and enjoy all of the snow. The kids had a great time challenging one another in the separate garage game room as well as playing many board games on the extra large dining table and ice skating at the nearby Suncadia Ice Rink was a fun after dinner excursion for the kids. The extra large gas fireplace is truly an awesome asset to the overall greatness of the house!The house is well stocked, very clean, and management was quick to answer all of our questions. Reviewer Comments: The house really wasn’t that clean, dog hair on top of the bed frames, like it wasn’t wiped off. Lots of remaining food in between the cracks of the table. There was dirty towels in 2 of the bathrooms like lipstick stains. We cleaned everything before we even let the kids play. The floors were so dirty if ya wiped it with a towel it was black. All the dishes we used we washed, the knives still were dirty, the cups were wet in the cupboard and smelt horrible. The pans had excess residue on them. Overall for the price I was not impressed. We do this annual trip every year in Suncadia this is the first house we came across where we wouldn’t even let kids sit on the floors.

Memorial Day stay

We had a group of 5 dads and 10 kids staying the weekend and the house was great for that many people. The two fridges were key for all the food and drinks we had. Wish there was a little more open storage in kitchen for snacks and things but the kitchen is very well stocked with items you might need. House could be a little cleaner and outdoor furniture could be wiped down before arrival.

The house is conveniently located and only steps away to enjoy our daily walks around the Suncadia trails, visit to the Cellars and Lodge. The comfortable outdoor sitting allowed us to enjoy many hours of family time by the large gas fire pit. The large turn around parking area fit all our cars allowing cars to go in and out without moving others. Overall, a great home that we'll definitely consider for our next reunion. Can't say enough of the great service the staff at All Seasons Vacation Rentals provides.
