This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests to spread out comfortably over 2,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends looking for a home base to explore the great outdoors.

The spacious great room features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table with seating for 6, a large kitchen island with seating for 3, a gas fireplace, and a 55” TV with FuboTV. Step outside to the covered patio and you’ll enjoy the 4 person dining table, private hot tub, and a gas fire pit!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen master suite with a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a king guest bedroom with a king bed and a TV.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* A jack-n-jill bath is shared between the king guest bedroom and the bunk room. It features a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor has a 1/2 bath.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

Comfy and roomy home

We enjoyed our stay here! Had lots of room and space for four adults and two small children. The house had plenty to make it comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. Would stay here again!

Great house and location!

Really great stay. The house was nice with great amenities such as game room in garage. Nice to be able to bring our dog too! Athletic center in Suncadia was amazing, nice gym, warm indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and water slide. Sledding hill didn’t have enough snow but we went to snoqualmie tubing hill and had a great time.

Weekend Getaway

The property was great, centrally located and very well equipped. It is a little smaller than the photos and description indicates but was a great spot for 3 couples, especially with the en-suite bathrooms. The property manager was great! Very responsive and we had all the information needed. I would definitely rent with them again.

Wonderful family weekend!!

This was one of our favorite homes to stay in at Suncadia so far! The layout of the home was great! We had a blast in the garage with the shuffleboard and hoops. The hot tub, fire pit and covered patio was perfect!

It's All That and More

We had a wonderful stay in Cle Elum at Latitude Adjustment! This property has everything: Large hot tub, sport stations in the garage, TV in all rooms, modern appliances and decor. The setting is gorgeous! I was perfect for our party of 7!

Family get together

Perfect for celebrating a grandma’s 90th birthday. Master bedroom on the ground floor perfect for her to avoid stairs. The space was great for all 8 of us, plus a small dog. The house was really clean for being a property that allows pets, which was a relief since one of us actually has pet allergies. We cooked, used the fire pit, hot tub, and game room and were really happy we chose this place.

Comfortable Stay

This house was a good fit for our group. Check in process was easy. Good location. Road was fairly quiet so the kids could bike out front some, and had another side road connecting to make a loop we could do a short bike ride on. Only 2 parking spaces, but lodge is close enough for overflow parking (~10 minute walk or so). Bunk room and the 3rd bedroom connect via jack-and-jill bathroom.

4th of July

We had a lovely stay during the 4th of July. The grill, fire pit, hot tub, games in the garage, and the provided board games allowed us to have wonderful family time. Everyone had their own room, complete with great sized beds, TVs, and bathrooms, a plus with teenage boys. We love renting bikes and were especially excited with the goodies left for our fur baby.

Great space for the family and dog

Large, super comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Lots of plates, flatware and cups, and everything seemed new or at least well taken care of. Great location with a pretty easy walk to the main Suncadia lodge and a short drive to Rosalyn and Cle Elum. Quiet but doesn't feel isolated since it's in a small neighborhood. A lot of amenities that we didn't even have time to use. Appreciated small touches like nightlights which are helpful in an unfamiliar space. Would recommend, would return!

Winter Family Getaway

It was spacious and allowed for us as two families to be together and still have space. The game room and hot tub were especially great. Management was very helpful, as we were not familiar with outside gas firepits and how to use a key to turn on. They got back to us right away on that. There was a lot of snow and Dawsen’s park was great for playing and sledding.

Perfect game room

The home is beautiful. The game room was perfect. The beds were super comfortable. One thing I don’t love about having a property management company to communicate with is that when the hot tub isn’t working at 8pm, there’s no one to talk to. At the personally owned and managed places I’ve stayed, they’ve always been reachable and things get resolved immediately. There’s a line here for emergencies but the hot tub not heating didn’t really warrant an emergency call. So I just had to leave a message and send an email. But they gave us a generous late check out in our last day to make up for having a cold hot tub the first night. I would stay here again if I didn’t mind only having a property management company to communicate with.
