Enjoy this beautiful brand new 4 bed 3.5 bath home located in the new Miners Camp neighborhood. In the 4 bedrooms there are 2 Kings both with their own en-suite, 1 Queen, and in the bunk room 2 twin over full bunks. Each bedroom has it s own TV. The kitchen is very spacious and extremely well stocked for entertaining or just cooking in and a Keurig coffee maker is provided. There is a park with basketball court and plenty of room for the kids to run around directly across the street. 2 bikes at the property. There is a shuffleboard table, air hockey, ping pong, and pop a shot basketball game. Enjoy roasting marshmello's at your own private fire pit. The resort has multiple great dining options, full service spa, winery, 2 championship golf courses, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and kayaking. You can fish, go horseback riding, and cross country skiing or enjoy the resorts outdoor ice skating rink when there is snow. There is a great kids camp in the summer and Dawson park has abundance of fun activities for both kids and adults.

Wonderful stay

Our stay as a family (6 adults & 2 kids under 3) was amazing. Perfect location and the house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Easy check in and great amenities. Will go back in the future!

Annual family vacation

This year due to scheduling/work conflicts, we decided to go " some place close" This felt like a "far away" vacation So much to do in the area and such a wonderful relaxing home to get away with the family

Great Family Getaway

This property was in a great location, enjoyed the walking trail and the kids loved having the basketball court and playground right out the front door. The house was well stocked, very clean, and plenty of room for the 9 of us. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Kevin.

Beautiful & well stocked home

We very much enjoyed staying here. We had 9 in our group (ages 14-75). Lots of games & activities to do, property was conveniently located for wandering around Suncadia. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need but forgot to pack. It was a great spot for our early family Christmas!

Great Time!

House was a great size and layout. Our group was two families both with young kids and we loved being across from the playground. The kitchen was great and really well organized. Highlight was definitely the view out towards the golf course!

Great House!

This is a great house for multiple families. Had such a fantastic time with 3 young families from all over the country reuniting for a few days up in the mountains! Host communicated great and the house was well stocked and super clean.

Great home and location

This is perfect if you have young kids or teenagers. Lots of space for them to play inside or out. The kitchen was well stocked and much appreciated. Would recommend this house anyone who asks.

Miner’s camp house

Beautiful house, fully stocked, perfect for our family! Hot tub and fire pit were added and relaxing amenities. Suncadia area is stunning for bike rides and hikes! Owner was super responsive and helpful when asked for advice! I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable & Cozy!

First and foremost, Kevin the property manager, was kind and very helpful! The property was very clean and well kept! The location was wonderful. Having the playground and basketball court across the street was perfect for the whole family to enjoy!! The pictures online made the bedrooms look bigger than they actually were. That was the only thing I noticed when we arrived. I woud totally recommend this propety for a family vacation!!! I myself would stay at this property again!! Thank you!!

Perfect Getaway

I stayed at this property in August with my family, my sister's family, and my parents. We had 4 kids ages 6-13. This was the perfect house for us for many reasons. First, the location could not be better. It is directly across from a park and basketball court, a 5-minute bike ride to the lake, and connected to all the amazing Suncadia trails. Every day, we rode bikes and walked the trails. The loop around the lake is particularly lovely and very easy for kids. The house looks directly onto the park, so we could let the kids run over there and still see them from the house. The house is in a cul de sac, so there were very few cars. Second, our plan had been to mostly cook and grill at the house and I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. The equipment was all in excellent condition and there was literally everything in the kitchen. The grill on the deck is particularly nice and is beside the fire pit and hot tub, and overlooking the golf course and a valley of trees. Finally, the house has a wonderful collection of board games, games in the garage, and bikes for use. We really enjoyed all these extra amenities and can't wait to come back.

Great house that is well amenitized. Fantastic location walking distance to the hotel with a park right across the street that is great for kids. They can just run outside and play and street is a cul-de-sac which makes it perfect for bikes and scooters. The place is as advertised and a great choice for families.

The place was clean, had everything we needed and everything worked. I loved the kitchen and appliances, I could cook in there everyday. Location is convenient-gas and groceries are close. The trail was an perfect for morning walks/bike ride. The game room was great and we even got a game of horse in the playground right across the street. Kevin was an amazing host! He answered my questions promptly and checked in on us. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

The house was perfect for our multiple family new years getaway. Super comfortable and like they said well stocked. The games in the garage were perfect when the weather wasn't to great and the central location within Suncadia was ideal. Would definitely stay again.
