My husband and I stayed for a staycation spot and it was perfect! Checkin was easy, the condo was immaculate, and had everything we needed! Highly recommend!
The unit was clean, comfortable, and contained everything we needed. It was very spacious with large rooms, lofted ceilings, and a very comfy bed. Everything we needed was available, and all the staff at the property was very kind and helpful. The area is gorgeous and we went for a gravel bike ride and long hike before relaxing by the pool. We would love to visit again sometime.
Wonderful space, very roomy and was thankful for the extra air bed! So considerate! We made some great memories in your lovely space, my kiddos and I. Suncadia is a lot of fun, and we enjoyed chilling in our room with board games and each other just as much as being out and about Suncadia. We will definitely be back!
Our first time staying at Suncadia, hard to imagine a better setup for my partner, our 1 year old, and our dog. Our host Matt was super responsive and made our stay very easy for us. The location of the Lodge is close to many wonderful hiking trails and they’re not too difficult which is great when you’re lugging a baby around. Some of the things we loved:1. The master bed - so comfy! 2. Matt set out some dog toys and dog bed - our dog loved them. 3. The peace and quiet of the condo - even on a busy weekend! We could relax in the living room during nap time without fear of waking up the baby. 4. Matt has a pack and play so we didn’t have to bring our own. 5. The space was very clean and the staff at Suncadia were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
Matthew’s Suncadia condo is very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. We especially appreciated the full-sized oven and garbage disposal that not all units have. The kitchen was fully stocked- there’s even an air fryer which was a surprise bonus! We also enjoyed the extra comfy seating for movie watching and our teens loved playing the checkers game that is available. The unit could have been a bit cleaner. The extra sheets for the pullout bed and air mattress needed to be washed and there was dirt and stains on the main bedroom comforter cover as well as a missing top sheet for the pullout couch. Matthew was great about responding and checking with his cleaners about the issues that we had and we made it work. We love Suncadia and all that the area has to offer. We will be back for sure.
Nestled deep within a lush forest, alongside the soothing murmur of a wildlife-rich river, this resort offers a tranquil escape that truly immerses you in nature's embrace. Our spacious one-bedroom accommodation provided a comfortable haven, complete with the convenience of a small kitchen, allowing for easy meal preparation and a touch of home away from home. Waking up to the sounds of birdsong and the gentle rustling of leaves was a delightful experience. The resort's location is undoubtedly its strongest asset. Exploring the surrounding trails and observing the abundant wildlife along the riverbanks was a highlight of our stay. It's a true paradise for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat. However, the experience wasn't without its drawbacks. While the interior of our accommodation was well-appointed and generously sized, the balconies were disappointingly small. Their limited size rendered them practically unusable, which was a shame given the beautiful natural surroundings we would have loved to better enjoy from our room.Overall, this resort offers a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with nature in a comfortable setting. The spacious accommodations and the stunning location are significant positives. However, the unusable balconies are a notable area for improvement. If you prioritize immersion in nature and comfortable interiors over private outdoor space, this resort could be a fantastic choice.
There was a little snafu with check in - the hotel desk didn't have a record of my reservation to get us checked in, but evidently this happens sometimes, and the Lodge staff took my information and got us checked in after a few minutes sorting it out and showing my phone with the reservation details. We were never in jeopardy of not getting checked in as the owner had us booked on his end - just a little delay in getting checked in.If this happens to you, don't stress, just a little patience and the front desk staff will have you sorted.Unit is great. Top floor of the hotel. Nice living area. Full kitchen. We were there just a night, so didn't use the kitchen, but seemed well appointed. The view is just over part of the grounds of the lodge and you see the parking lot through the trees, but great natural light in the unit.Huge master bedroom. Nice bathroom and shower, although the water pressure in the shower could use some help. I'm sure it's an ecologically friendly shower head to reduce water use/waste - just trade offs.Would be a great unit to stay for a few days and not have to use the restaurants for every meal. Also, big enough that you wouldn't feel stir crazy if the weather wasn't great and you decided to 'stay in' versus spend all your time out and about. Both fireplaces were great and really heated the place up nicely. We spent the evening with the fireplace on (was cool in the evening in April) curled up reading books - was great.

Property is really nice, super pet friendlywhich we loved, clean, heated pool in service fantastic but needs where to put ur stuff during snowy days, original authentic ice skating ring was so much nicer than new synthetic ice ring NOT worth your money, old tubing was much nicer too.soin all prperty is go, seasonal winter amenities can be improved a lot. Dinning is good not out of this world except for the Winery restaurant but nuce. We have done Suncadia before in other times this was our first Christmas there and it was really nice with some stuff to improve.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, very well-equipped, and in excellent condition—everything felt clean and comfortable. The building and property were beautiful, with direct access to both swimming and hiking, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

The penthouse was very spacious, the host was active and responsive when we had questions. However it was very dirty, there was dust everywhere. Couldn’t even use the coffee machine because it was so dirty, the towels were folded as if they were clean but had hair and nasty things on them. The entire room had a weird odor. It could def use a deep clean. But the lodge was amazing, there was so much activities planned for the kids!
We have stayed at Suncadia resort a handful of times and usually booked directly through the resort. I didn’t realize this penthouse suite was available for direct booking until this trip. What a wonderful surprise! It was a great deal and we still got access to the hotel amenities! The room was so spacious with a beautiful resort vista. We didn’t bring our dog this time but knowing it’s dog-friendly makes it even more enticing! Would definitely rebook on our next time at Suncadia.
We live in a suburb of Seattle so Suncadia is the perfect getaway. The condo we rented was perfect for our little family. Our youngest slept in a pack’n play the unit provided and our toddler slept in an air mattress

Great place overall, the only down fall is that if you book any of these rentals out side of suncadia.com then you don't get access to the indoor pool, hot tub and slides at the fitness center.
BIG, clean and lovely condo in a gorgeous location
Last minute booking for a one night stay; we had our medium sized dog with us and this unit allows pets. The lodge itself is very pet friendly and accommodating! Bed is very comfortable!!Kitchen is set up with basic utensils and cookware. Whole place is very clean. We would have stayed another night except the VRBO platform/app would not allow us to modify the reservation after check-in, despite the management company/owner and myself trying to problem solve. Next time! The communication was OUTSTANDING with the owner/management company

Nothing like enjoying the beautiful outdoors and going for a wonderful long hike and returning to a cold shower. Totally unexpected that we wouldn’t have hot water at such a highly rated property. After two trips down to the main desk to complain the property manager responded to my email and said it’s been an ongoing problem at the facility. It would have been nice to be warned about it ahead of time and then we could have opted to rent elsewhere. The staff at the front desk of Hyatt Suncadia were kind enough to provide us with complimentary Fitness/Swim passes so we could take a hot shower there. The owner of this property did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience.
