Great place

The home was very clean,nothing was missing or broken and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We loved its proximity to Roslyn and CleElum and the game room was a huge hit with all our kids. We appreciated that it was fully stocked with paddles, balls, putters etc.

We would love to come here again. The house and site are amazing. We had everything we needed for 10 of us. The gzmes room was a big hit wjth the teens and littles. Quite worried about the fire hazards, and a smoky last day put a "damper on outdoor activitie.s

New Years Get Away

House worked out perfect for our family of 11. Everything was as expected. House was clean, TV's worked great with You Tube (Football) Propane tanks were full on the outdoor burn pit, bbq. Game room was a hit for the kids as the snow amount was minimal. We would book this again.

Great time at Game House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 14 with 6 little boys enjoyed the Game House. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and nice place to stay. If we had any problems, they got back to us promptly. Garbage was picked up twice during our 10 day stay which was nice as we made a lot! Lake and pool just a short ride away and had good food in Roslyn. I would recommend this house!

EXCELLENT Family Vacation Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful! Perfect house for kids, a large Family, lots of nooks and space to be together OR separate! GREAT game room (best part!), stocked house, clean sheets, good beds, Beautiful! Only negative things would be a better coffee pot, wish I knew Keurig I would have brought pods, also an awning outside would have been nice as most of our trip it was raining and we got rained on outside trying to enjoy it, but in the end it didn't matter. Also dryer wasn't efficient, takes too long to dry clothes. Other than those parts, we had a wonderful Family Vacation for my Mother's Birthday! We Hope to come back!

Family dream!

Great stay with our family of 5! With the bunk room may even let everyone bring a friend next time. Enjoyed the game room every day and cooked in for every meal. Nice quiet neighborhood close to Suncadia and the town for resupplying.

Great rental in great location!

Our family loved staying at this property and the kids and adults all loved the game room. The property has nice touches and feels fresh and new. It was the perfect place to rent for a weekend of family fun and in a great location.

Great for "family" retreat

Fun with the game room and more

Family weekend getaway

Needed a nice little weekend getaway with the family and kiddos. This was the perfect place for that. The garage had games to keep us occupied although in the winter time it's freezing in there but ya bundle up and you're good to go. The house is lovey and to make it even better the property manager is amazing! Very responsive and made sure throughout the weekend everything was running smoothly for us.

Great location for a winter weekend with friends!

We had a wonderful time here on a low key weekend with friends. Our families got to play in the snow, play pop a shot, use the hot tub, and bbq in the rain/snow. The rooms were great and the space to spread out was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, they had additional sleds for us, and other nice touches. Would totally recommend a stay here. Only quirk is the garage is detached so you have to walk outside to get to it, and the key code to the garage was wrong. However, I texted the hosts/vacation rental agency and it was resolved within 20 minutes. So communication was also very quick!

Excellent vacation home for family with kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this vacation home. It was very clean and in a quiet area. Beds were also comfortable if you like it slightly on the firm side. There was plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults and 6 kids. Lots of entertainment for everyone with large yard, hiking trails, board games, and a large two car garage that was converted into a massive game/entertainment area. Kept the kids off of their electronic devices. Would definitely recommend this home to others.
