A Thanksgiving Getaway

We started a tradition 2 yrs ago and this was our second time staying at a cabin. We loved the location, the me ities and ease of coordination. The hosts were amazing! Thank you for allowing us to stay, we hope to return soon

Great getaway

Great location. Fairly private, though one neighbor did let their dog run through the yard, and just watched as we tried to shoo it away. Great location to the lake and tons of wildlife throughout the weekend.

Great place for a great time with friends

We had a great time at the cabin. It was clean and well-stocked with comfortable places to sleep. It was hot sot having AC was uncomfortable but it helped to open the windows during cooler evenings.

Great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this cabin and it was just as wonderful aa the 1st! We had a great time, it even snowed about 6 inches on saturday morning. We snowshoed behind the cabin too! Will definitely be back!

Awesome stay!

We had a great experience at the cabin! The house is well equipped, clean, and a great location. The spaced worked well for 7 adults for a long weekend- we especially loved the outdoor grill area and hot tub.

Vinegar Bend Lodge is in a quiet, easy to access, close to Roslyn area. Comfortable, very well stocked. More than we could ever use, play, enjoy in three days.

Mountain Views Majesty

Everyday was cold and sunny. Snow capped mountains around for the Thanksgiving Weekend. Fire Pit and Smores, and relaxing fun for the full family.

Winter Wonderland for NYE

This was the 2nd year in a row we rented the cabin for the New Years weekend and will probably do it again. Very cozy cabin with all the amenities you would need to feel at home. Hot tub is a plus and the fire pit is very cool! Accommodates 3 couples perfectly!

Wonderful family weekend

We had such a wonderful weekend! My family and I have rented a few homes through VRBO, but this one was our favorite! The kids loved playing in the snow, the hot tub was wonderful and we even had a ping pong tournament! The well stocked kitchen was great for cooking, enough beds for all of us and wifi, so we could watch movies on Netflix and have Internet access. We will most definitely be back, perhaps to check it out in the summer!

Family Gathering

Exterior property was wonderful. Location was perfect just down the road from the lake. Felt private and plenty of area for kids to roam. Wish we could have used the fire pit but burn ban was in effect. Plenty of space inside and TVs in every room. Plenty of spices and cooking utensils to cook with. The house was really nicely decorated, Family had a great time playing ping pong and giant jenga in the garage. This property has it all.

Very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed everything about the property except a very serious defect. Five of us who were primarily biking were unable to take even short showers sequential. The water just stopped for a prolonged time. There is no way it could comfortably House more people.

Great gathering spot

We stayed here for a Girls get away/adventure and this was the perfect spot. It was so nice to have beds for everyone and a whole lot of stuff to do when we were there. We had activities planned away from the cabin during the day, and always looked forward to returning to the cabin after. If we would have just stayed there all day, we still wouldn't have been bored. It has everything you would ever want on a vacation. I loved that they had the extras like spices, condiments, food, and various other things to use so if you forgot anything it was already there. They had regular towels for showers and even had really nice beach towels to use as well. There were so many things that they thought of to make the stay extra enjoyable. I would definitely book this again. A great spot for a fantastic time.

Phenomenal winter getaway

I stayed here just a week ago with friends (All about 30) and had the time of our lives. The cabin is better stocked than most homes, especially in the kitchen. The spice cupboard was completely full with all the essentials and many unusual (at least for a rental) herbs and spices. There were even 3 different bottles of bitters. The beds were comfortable and plentiful, there TV was easy to use and came with a Blu-Ray player, a nice speaker system and several gaming systems. The exterior was shrouded in 18-24 inches of snow, which was perfect because playing touch football in the bitter cold without snow is zero fun. An overall magical place that would be just as incredible in any season. All that is to say, that the Vinegar Bend Lodge is a beautiful cabin sitting on truly relaxing grounds that you and your family/friends/colleagues/bitter enemies will enjoy the heck out of.

Excellent getaway in the woods

The property overall was very nice and as advertised. Kitchen was excellent and had all we needed. TVs are new and large. Outdoor space was fun for lawn games during the day and hot tub , ping pong in the garage after dark we’re enjoyable. Beds are firm and I recommend you bring your own water or Brita, tap is not drinkable.

Beautiful property, nice and quiet

Loved our stay here! Close to town and to the beach. Great walking trails just out the backyard. No AC but they provided fans and if you open the windows you get good airflow so heat wasn’t really a problem.

First Vrbo experience a hit!

Quiet retreat near Suncadia

Wonderful cabin retreat

My friends and I stayed here for my partner's birthday celebration. It is a fantastic cabin in a great location. It's conveniently located and well maintained. We always do a lot of cooking and It had the best kitchen utensils of any cabin I have previously rented. Kristi was also very fast to communicate when needed. I would certainly stay here again.
