Los peores gerentes q he conocido sin ánimo de ayudar en su propia recepción reserve para mi regreso de un crucero ya estaba allí hospedada, me equivoque de mes puse julio en vez de junio me acerque al mostrador y nadie me ayudo q no podían hacer nada. Un hoyel de tanto prestigio se quedaron con mis 2 noches en dinero $700.00. Vivo en America y no pretendía regresar al mes siguiente a Londres. Sentí un robo total. Les escribí, les rogué q me dieran las estadia en mi país q si hay Riu y nada. Robo total

Excellent overall experience. Best hotel that I have visited in London. Would totally recommend

The beds were far too short for a comfortable night’s sleep. I am 6’2”, which is not unusually tall, yet my feet extended well beyond the end of the bed. This was uncomfortable and I would expect a hotel of this standard to provide beds of a more suitable length.

Excellent property with wonderful staff. The bar was a lovely addition to have after long days in London. The rooms are small but typical of travel in Europe. Location is excellent with a quick 3 minute walk to the Earls Court tube station for easy access to all of the city. There are also several pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Blackbird pub on the corner was a wonderful spot. We did not eat at the restaurant because of some food allergies (soy/shellfish) but if you don't have that issue the menu looked lovely. Our only recommendation/complaint would be as follows. Some revision to the rooms to allow for additional storage. Storage is very limited & for a long stay that made maintaining some order to your belongings difficult. Also the shower. Although it functions we found it difficult to use without soaking all of the washroom. The controls weren't clear (we googled how to use them) & found the floor very slippery because of the water. Staff did provide us with a rubber shower mat which helped but should be included in all rooms. Overall an excellent property with great travel connections & an outstanding staff.
