Es ist wirklich eine schöne Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man so braucht, aber das große Bett ist eine Zumutung. Es knarscht bei jeder Bewegung was den Schlaf sehr stört.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, alles da was man braucht. Alles sauber einfach super.Das einzigste vielleicht ein Tipp für den Vermieter, ich hätte mir noch eine Sonnenliege draußen gewünscht.Zudem hat das Bett bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht. Die Couch müsste evtl auch mal wieder erneuert werden.Ich würde wieder kommen, tolle Lage. Direkt zentral, mit 50m Fußweg zum Festplatz. Ruhige Lage, einfach super. :)Check-in hat auch alles gut geklappt, einfach zur Ansprechpartner vorort fahren ca. 100m entfernt, freundliche nette Dame.Bisschen schade für den Preis, fanden wir das man Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitnehmen muss.Aber wie schon gesagt, alles super soweit, kommen gerne wieder. Macht weiter so.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartment. Für krabbelende Kleinkinder nicht geeignet , da unter den Betten im Schlafzimmer lange nicht sauber gemacht wurde. In der Küche wäre eine Schublade mit Tee/Kaffee und eventuell Salz/Zucker schön, so muss man sich jede Zutat selbst besorgen und wieder mitnehmen, was doch einigermaßen umständlich ist. ist ein kann, kein muss. Bei der Schlüsselubergabe bitte direkt anmelden, das man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gekommen ist, sonst darf man sein gesamtes Gepäck den Berg hinunter und wieder hoch schleppen, da die Verwalterin wie selbstverständlich davon ausgeht, das man in den Ort nur mit dem Auto reist.

Für Raucher super
Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön.
Der kalte Rauchgeruch im Wohnzimmer und die Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung nicht.
Da wir mit Baby gereist sind fand ich es sehr schade, dass im Angebot nicht darauf hingewiesen wird dass es eine Raucherwohnung ist.
Und das trotz Terrasse.
Unser Baby hat krabbelnd auch erst Mal sauber gemacht und etliche Hundehaare aus dem Teppich gesammelt.
Gut der Staubsauger der da ist bringt es halt nicht mehr. Haben wir gleich ausprobiert.
Fazit: Wer eine günstige Wohnung sucht und raucht ist dort gut aufgehoben.
Wer Rückenschmerzen mag auch. Die Matratzen sind nämlich durch gelegen.
Ansonsten fanden wir die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Aussicht sehr schön.

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig
Zuerst waren wir mit der Wohnung super zufrieden. Das platzangebot ist für die größe unserer fam. Super gewesen, die Ausstattung war auch prima. Doch dann kam leider das negative. Die Wohnung roch nach Rauch. Im Schlafzimmer, sowie im Badezimmer schimmelt es. Unser häufiges lüften half nichts, denn sobald wir die Heizungen aufgedreht haben, kam der Geruch des rauchs wieder durch. Das ist natürlich mit 2 Kindern nicht in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder in den Harz, doch nicht in diese Wohnung. Schade.
