The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and contact grill. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV with video-on-demand, fan, baby cot, high chair, and ski storage. The apartment is accessible inside and close to public transport.



    Enjoy the beautiful Harz landscape from your private, covered balcony with seating. Grill on your own contact grill and relax in nature.



    Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Pets are welcome—up to 4 per stay are allowed for an extra charge. Events are not permitted. There is a shared bike room, as well as access to a playground, toys, and books for children.



    The apartment is quietly situated on a hillside, on the lower ground floor (16 steps down one flight), right on the edge of a holiday park—an ideal base for exploring the Harz. The popular Torfhaus, the highest peak in the western Harz at 800 meters, is about 8 km away. The area offers plenty of activities: hiking trails from the doorstep, thermal baths, restaurants, cafés, bakery, supermarket, forest pool, herb park, and ski slopes with ski school.



    The spa tax and use of the thermal baths are not included in the total price and must be paid separately on site. A linen package, bringing pets, and use of the mini washing machine are available on request and for an extra charge.
