  • Located on Buggs Island Lake (John H. Kerr Reservoir & Dam), this cabin is a dream only 1 mile from boat launch. There are three cozy beds and a fun bunk bed, it comfortably sleeps families or groups up to seven . Guests enjoy a peaceful space with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this cabin offers a phenomenal retreat. Experience what Clarksville has to offer with a stay at our cabin. Especially enjoy the private dock for sunning, swimming, fishing or tie up your boat over night. The dock is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive down the private road.
    All water activities are at your own risk. Owner does not maintain water levels or contents of water.
    *Monthly Rates available from Oct 1- May 1* Includes utilities, internet and mandatory monthly cleaning.
