"We were especially impressed with staff. The breakfast was good and we felt safe and we appreciated the cleanliness of your hotel. The whole place had a very "homey" touch that made us feel immediately comfortable when we arrived. Our room was right by an elevator but that made no difference! Also, we arrived on the 4th of July and were afraid guests may get a little noisy, but that was not the case. We really appreciated getting a good night's sleep after driving a long day, even on a holiday weekend. Thanks again everyone! "

Great weekend getaway

"The cabin was cute and nicely updated. The inside was very clean, well furnished, and stocked with all of the essentials. The outside had some useful amenities and a relaxing atmosphere but it wasn't as well kept as the inside. There were tons of spider webs, which wasn't unexpected, but the entire exterior could have used a good powerwash.The location/neighborhood seemed somewhat ok but it isn't the most diverse place and some may not feel welcome in that area. The neighbor next door that is renovating his cabin was very friendly and even suggested a few things for us to do.Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was quick to respond whenever I had to communicate with them."

Super nice place.

"This was a very nice place. The updated building was done nicely, keeping the rustic look of old, with a touch of new. Room was clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the small a/c unit, that seemed to struggle on the hot day. The room wasn't hot, but definately could have been cooler to relax in, after a day in the heat. "

Can I say little piece of heaven?

"This little house was the most perfect getaway spot for me. I honestly think its my favorite VRBO ever. I came by myself to visit family. The house was so cozy. It cooled nicely, and the bed was super comfortable. The picture windows were really nice - Everything completely clean and seemed very new. Shower was great. Hot tub was nice and new as well. It was the best sleep I have had in a long time and have recommended it to people already. Went for a nice long walk and saw a lot of wildlife.The only suggestion from me: coffee maker. Most people want to enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. 2 mugs and a little 4 cup machine would make this place beyond perfection. The stairs are steep - yes - but if you are an average sized person and have good knees, they are fine. "
