"The listing says that there is a queen size bed and a twin size sofa bed. There was not. Instead of a queen there was a full size bed (which is too small for my 6'5" husband) so he had nowhere to sleep. There were also zero sheets for the couch bed, so I don't think its okay to list that as a place for people to sleep. "We’re seasoned travelers and VRBO customers! Nice apartment in fair-sketchy DC area. Booked 4 nights for Thanksgiving, night #2, awakened at 3:45am with a family standing in apartment! A duplicate reservation with code to building and apartment issued! Called VRBO and owner (Mary Stays-Siem) agrees to $350 refund (two nights) with VRBO recording call.
