I didnt care for the transient presence or that there was no soap in the shower dispencer. I liked our three bed room and the loft was cool. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

I checked in late and the lady at the counter was amazing but is that is where it ends. My room was okay and dated but as expected for the price. I will spare you the details but the toilet in my room was disgusting with leftovers from the previous guest. I could not use it was so disgusting. I left at 4am the next morning and figured it would be taken care of when I returned. NOPE! My room had been serviced with towels etc but the toilet remained filthy. That tells me I do not want to touch anything in the bathroom since they are not actually satanizing it. I contacted the front desk and they sent an amazingly kind and apologetic young man over to take care of it. I had a sleeping bag with me and I slept in it on top of the bedding. I have booked a different hotel for tonight. Again the staff was great that I spoke with but housekeeping not so much.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, quiet and well kept. The beds were comfortable. The only thing that we noticed that could be improved upon was that the towels all looked old and dingy, they weren't white at all. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great place for a stay with our dog. Not fancy, but comfy beds, and handy fridge and microwave for heating our Mexican takeout(excellent). Thin walls (heard our neighbors yelling), but patio opened to dog run. Get to breakfast early, not much left at 8:45.

It is a little difficult to determine the low score you gave as you didn't leave any comments to respond to. We did see you checked in at !0:10 PM and back out at 4:12 AM. If there was a problem, a visit or a call to our front desk would have resulted in any problems being taken care of immediately.

We had a loft room, it was fun, and kept one snoring person from the other.. Only negative was the heater cycled every 3 mins.. I timed it.. Next time I will just turn it off, as I know there will be another time we visit here.

Rooms not clean. Dirt and dust all along ceiling and cobwebs on lamps. 1 bar of soap for a room planned for four people. Wafer thin blankets. Hot breakfast had funky tasting ham in the scrambled eggs. Muffins were cut in half Biscuits were hard. Room noise from heater in room aweful. Street noise often bad.

I liked having a kitchen! Nate was very friendly and gracious. We had double beds which were not big enough to allow my husband and I to sleep in one, so we had to split up (we booked the room at the last minute, and knew that it was double beds, but they were really small for doubles it seemed). The breakfast was ok; not great, not horrible.
