Great location. Quiet and close to grocery store and cafe my fat puku which was great!Some plumbing issues but thats life and have already discussed with Mike. Mosquitoes were a big deal for me as i react badly. Unfortunately Window mesh didn't fill all the gaps . Duct tape would help as a first ...
