Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The reception was extremely poor, we waited for an hour at the gate for someone to open for us. we spent around R200.00 airtime calling the office and the Officer we were given his number. finally someone who came to our rescue just passed us at the without an apology. we were so unhappy and decided to go to other hotel.
