Harbor Breeze Villas

10/10 Excellent

"I would like some windows shades for the front area because the sun shines in from the front and so it take longer for the area to cool down"

On The Beach ~ House Marlin, with Pool!

8/10 Good

"The house is a duplex, but before our stay I asked the host, Cathy, if anyone would be staying in the other unit. She assured us it would be vacant, so we had the entire property to ourselves, which made it feel incredibly private and peaceful. The beach is a bit rocky, so we didn’t swim there, but the pool more than made up for it. It was much bigger than it looked in the photos and was perfect for relaxing. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It relied on a single hotspot, and since we needed to answer emails and download files, the connection was very slow and made it difficult to get work done.Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We made unforgettable memories that will stay with our family forever."

Private Beautiful Cottage with your own cove

10/10 Excellent

"This property met and exceeded our expectations. The central location made it easy to explore both north and south. An easy drive to either airport. Groceries, liquor and gas right around the corner. We spent every evening relaxing at the water’s edge watching the wildlife, distant lightning and stargazing. Lots of turtles, a leopard ray, dolphins and tons of fish right in front of the cottage! Debbie and Phil are fantastic hosts! We can’t wait to come back later this year!"

Cabanya Azul with view of Atlantic and small Beach within walking distance

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay at the house and it was well situated. The Owner was helpful and responsive to questions we had. We did have to use the rainwater storage and the instructions were flawless. Our only minor complaint was the fridge that had the owners food on the top shelf and in the door- we thought that this should’ve been stored elsewhere. The clothes in the closet were a lesser problem but we like to unpack our suitcases for a weeks stay. We really enjoyed our stay and many thanks to Todd. Highly recommend this Owner and the property. Also Long Island is fantastic!"

Secluded & Quiet Beachfront Home w/ Beautiful View on Lochabar Bay. Family fun!

10/10 Excellent

"This property exceeded our expectations! The house was well stocked with everything you need and things you didn’t know you need. This is the best beach in Long Island and the view out the front door is like a picture. The owners are very responsive and super friendly. I hope to rent here again!"

Beach House w/Hot-Tub & Spectacular Ocean Views!

10/10 Excellent

"The house was amazing, we couldn't have asked for anything else. It was extremely clean and very well maintained. The pictures don't do it justice. The beach is wonderful and just a short and easy walk from the house, which we enjoyed nightly. Bill was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back again!"

Beachfront family home steps from the perfect secluded ocean beach.

10/10 Excellent

"John and Cassandra's place is exactly what we were looking for. The second we walked in, it was clear this was a home, not a rental. Every room had its own personality, quaint, charming, and you knew you were in a place that was loved. The ocean view was unreal and the beach was literally right outside the door.Communication was seamless and John, Cassandra, and their house manager David were a pleasure to deal with. No hassle, no chasing anyone down. Just amazing people who take care of their guests. Do yourself a favor and book this place."
