"What mostly started well turned sour. First it was the lack of generator when the power went out during a winter storm. Then it was the owners continuously checking on us. Now the owners are filing an inflated claim for cosmetic wear and tear (light scratches that would occur on a brushed black stair case that can easily be sprayed with thin coat of paint or poly). "

"The room was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed some winter sunshine on our little deck overlooking Lake Michigan. The indoor pool was was nice as was the indoor/outdoor hot tub."

Nicely equipped with extra bedding and plenty of towels and toiletry items. Crockpot included and well stocked dishes and kitchen utensils. Game room and loft area for kids were a hit!
