Rustic, historical 2-family house "Ca' Dolce Osteno", 3 storeys, terraced. 2 apartments in the property. In the centre of Osteno 6 km from the centre of Porlezza, 22 km from the centre of Lugano, 37 km from the centre of Como, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 150 m from the lake. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 5.7 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Lugano" 23 km, pebble beach 300 m, shingle beach 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 5.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, surf school 6 km, riding stable 6 km, cycle lane 5 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Menaggio, Lugano, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Val d'Intelvi-Pigra-Alpi, Monte Crocione, San Benedetto in Val Perlana. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Beautiful and modern apartment in the heart of Osteno

In an original Osteno house, up on the second floor Gabriella has createtd a modern and very nice apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed in the apartment.
