"Pros: Het huis is prachtig gerenoveerd er zit veel liefde in. De achtertuin is geschikt voor honden, maar er zijn ook meerdere plekken om te zitten en te eten of een boek te lezen. Het is ook groot en keurig verzorgd. De gastvrouw is heel lief en zorgt dat je je thuis voelt. Ze is echt betrokken en je merkt dat ze het je graag naar de zin maakt. "A beautiful property, confortable and well designed rooms and over all a memorable experience just to stay for a few days. In my opinion it needs to look at their restaurant operation. We only had dinner at the Auberge and food was good although menus were too ambitious and complex. Service needs attention and possible additional staff. It was rather slow and possibly they were overwhelmed as there is also another gastronomic restaurant needing dedicated service. Garden at the rear of the Chateau looked a bit unkempt and needs better care and attention. In any case an excellent start for this new place to stay in this beautiful area that I can highly recommend and will return too!"

"Car parking = ridiculous! A very small underground car park, tiny spaces, cars parked over lines, staff didn't charge in advance as they didn't know if there was space..... Ended up having to park in the expo car park opposite at over 50 euros for the night. If I had known about the car parking situation I would have booked elsewhere. Room was acceptable - normal ibis standard"

"We hate staying in mediocre box rooms in hotels on the edge of a town. To find somewhere with such character is a treat. We stayed in the Chambertin room which has the bedroom in the arched basement. The stairs are a little steep but it was a wonderful place. William is an excellent host. Polite, charming, and answered all our questions before we stayed. The room was really clean and he had left out some tea and coffee for us. The bedding and towels were high quality and smelled beautifully of laundry powder. The kitchen is small but efficient. It’s enough to make some simple meals in and equipped with a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The building is two minutes from the centre of Nuits-Saint-George. The Main Street has a couple of nice and reasonably priced cafes. There are plenty of wine merchants to visit plus there are several independent producers within a 5 minute walk from the front door. Parking is available on the street and there is a car park 150m away that wasn’t very busy. Wonderful stay and I can recommend highly."

"Habitación super limpia,todo nuevo,cama muy cómoda,recepción muy amable, si necesitas cualquier cosa, solo necesitas pedirlo,como por ejemplo un secador de pelo. Lo único que encontre muy justito fue el desayuno, ya que solo disponían de algunas pastas tipo croissant y dulces, mermeladas varias, y tres tipos de cereales."

"It is a very nice hotel overlooking a really beautiful medieval town. The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced and the breakfast was very good too. The swimming pool is great and was open late enough to enjoy it even after a day on the road. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. Our only regret was not to stay longer."
