Villa Almas with swimming pool, summer grill house and tennis court

"I cannot recommend Villa Almas more highly. The villa is beautiful and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to have an amazing holiday. We were travelling with 12 people from 1year old to 78 and there was something for everyone.Milenko the host was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to help us, even driving us himself to the supermarket on our 1st day. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable and the air-conditioning was great.It about 40 minutes outside of Split and it was really easy to arrange transport. We prebooked a minibus for our excursions and it was great. So no car needed. There are 2 small supermarkets within walking distance but we hopped on the bikes there instead which took less than 5 minutes to cycle to. We had the best holiday and the children are already asking how soon we can go back there."

"We zijn een gezin met drie kinderen. We hebben aĺlen een fantastische tijd gehad bij Ivan en zijn gezin. Het appartement was proper, ruim en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook de keuken was volledig uitgerust (koffiezet, waterkoker, fornuis, bakbenodigdheden,...). Een bakker (10min) en de lidl (15min) zijn goed bereikbaar. Het terras was erg mooi met een fantastisch uitzicht. Zowel wij als de kinderen hebben ons rot geamuseerd in het prachtig zwembad. Onze gastheren stonden altijd voor ons klaar, als we vragen hadden of gewoon voor een kleine babbel. Kortom, we hadden een fantastische tijd in Rudina en gaan dit zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden en familie."

"We had such a fabulous week and cannot recommend this villa enough! The view is spectacular, we spent many hours relaxing by the pool with our children who absolutely loved staying here too! The property is set up as three homes, each with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Each has a washing machine and outside area. The majority of our week was spent in the amazing kitchen by the pool, it was incredible. It meant we had our own space if we wanted but had our joint kitchen/dining space.There is table tennis, bikes, gym, sauna, badminton. Also an amazing boule court and Padel court. Everything feels very well thought out and high end. The owners live nearby and are very kind and helpful, we had a WhatsApp number so we could message if needed.We didn’t want to leave! We had the best time with our large family and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the owners who were the loveliest people "

"Knin was a wonderful town to visit in Croatia-a break from the bigger cities full of tourists-and this apartment was a nice place to experience it from. The place was clean, had the things we needed, and was quiet enough. The only small glitch was finding the place and getting in. Google maps had multiple places that popped up for the address, but we found it by looking through the pictures with the description. I'd recommend communicating well in advance of arriving, since it was a third party that then gave me a phone number to contact the owner (lives in the same building). It is up a few stairs. But the owner was very friendly and helpful, even gave a great recommendation for dinner (La Rossa-get ćevapi)!"

"Great from start to finish. We were a 3 generation family of 10. The property had everything, including karaoke lounge bar and games room. Ivan was a great host and helped us book boat trip, rafting and zip line, as well as advice for parking in Split, he was always available on WhatsApp. As well as Split, Trogir is a must, Sibenik and Omis and Krka NP are lovely. Thanks Ivan."
