The Villa has been restored with wooden beams and characteristic stones of the place and is located in a strategic position as it is 9 km from the mountain of flowers and 35 km from the beautiful promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto. A place away from the city where you can relax in total relaxation, but in the same way a few kilometers (9) from the historic center of Ascoli and the charming Fortress of Civitella del Tronto (5), as well as from many other places rich in artistic beauty and not only. There is also the possibility of cooking and eating under the veranda with a panoramic view. Guests will have free use of the swimming pool and 2 outdoor whirlpools, as well as free use of bicycles and WI-FI.
