The beach promenade with bathing facilities, nightclubs and stores is within easy walking distance. The fully air-conditioned part of the house extends over 2 floors. The bright living room, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom are located on the first floor. On the second floor are the bedrooms, one of which has access to a large, furnished terrace, a small kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.
Large fenced garden with olive trees, colorful play area for children, barbecue area with table and chairs for outdoor dining, swimming pool with hydromassage corner and counter-current swimming, which can be heated on request in low season, relaxation area with Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Visit the beautiful Riviera del Conero, famous for its beaches and sea, the famous towns of Sirolo and Numana, San Benedetto del Tronto or the enchanting caves of Frasassi. The area also offers good conditions for shopping enthusiasts. Cycle path near the coast. There are many sporting opportunities in the area, such as sailing, golf and horse riding.
