"L'appartement est très grand (rez-de-chaussée d'une maison) et aménagé avec bcp de goût. Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. "Loved the terrace on the third floor conveniently by our room. We also had our private terrace as well. Breakfast was outstanding and welcoming. All the staff were very helpful, accommodating to our needs and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and things to see. Loved Orvieto!"

The room was nice and comfortable, but the staff was quite indifferent, polite, although somewhat inflexible and not very willing to help when we asked for something out of the ordinary and we never felt particularly welcomed or cared for.
