was one of the best hotel ever I stayed

This booking was an extension to an existing 4 day stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was overall very nice. We were there for 5 days total, it felt like the same staff members were constantly looking for tips (both cleaners and wait staff) despite tipping throughout our stay. Our key cards were deactivated frequently (sometimes multiple times a day) for no reason, requiring us to visit the front desk to reactivate them. The dance club on first floor was very loud and rowdy. The crowd overtook the lobby on Saturday night which was unpleasant returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. We were dining in Baluchi restaurant and a woman got into a heated shouting match with the waiter, yelling at him throughout the restaurant, through the diners and into the kitchen. Though entertaining, we were unsettled by the scene.

The staff and the hotel were excellent.

Staff was very helpful. The room I stayed in was one of the older ones but they are refurbishing them and I saw several of the new ones. They are beautiful. It is a heritage hotel and the experience is very special.

Comfortable, affordable, clean, central, reasonably quiet. Liked our stay here and would happily stay again. It’s in a busy area but the hotel itself is quiet thanks to decent windows. The restaurant in the hotel is also very tasty and affordable. The staff are nice and accommodating.
